I know… too much Christmas but there are so many new dies!!! I just can’t help myself! I will try to post some other stuff every other time, ok?! : )

This is a scene I made by stamping the New Small Forest Pine stamp multiple times. I used Versafine Olympia Green ink… love this green. I stamped three times before reinking. I did use my stamp a ma jig to keep the trees straight. I love my stamp a ma jig and my perfect rulers tools! Yep, I used them too! The sentiment is the NEW Merry and Bright combo stamp, just inked it up with red dye ink and stamped with the stamp a ma jig again too. Even if the rubber is on the wood straight, I can still go crooked, so I need that tool! : )

I HAD to have this NEW border die from poppystamps too! Frozen Border die cut in white card-stock and trimmed to fit the bottom of this A-2 size card.

I kinda got carried away arranging stuff with this New Poinsettia. It’s pretty though and better IRL. : ) I love the NEW Curled Ribbons… used them both here and cut them out of silver glitter card-stock.

The NEW from poppystamps Claudette Frame is so pretty! Cut from white Bazzill texture card-stock. Cuts like a dream…….

I used one of the NEW Memory Box snowflakes, New Castle Snowflake, cut out of silver glitter card and layered right under the NEW Memory Box Poinsettia Bloom Trio die. I love the NEW Memory Box Sturdy Stem and Ho Ho Holly dies in the mix too.

The sentiment is the NEW Memory Box Merry Christmas Combo stamp… heat embossed with Silver Embossing Powder.

Poppystamps Berry Sprig and Garden Sprig dies finish it off! I think that’s enough dies and stamps for one card, don’t you?! lol

I posted this last card on the Memory Box blog a while ago but I haven’t gotten it on my blog yet! So, today’s the day!

I embossed the NEW Flurry Frame stencil by running it through my Big Shot die cutting machine. Then I inked it with Tumbled Glass and Broken China Distress Inks and the ink blending tools. It’s really pretty!

I cut the top from the NEW Merry Christmas to All die, then sorted through my dies to find something to work with it. Landed on the NEW Hanging Ornaments die, but I had to cut it apart to make it work in the space. It turned out great and there you have the light, airy, frosty feel of this card!

I added some snowflake gems and tiny gemstones from Hobby Lobby to finish it off. I think these are it but can’t tell for sure from the pictures on their site, HERE. I picked them up in the store.

I used the Perfect Layers Mini tools and Mat for this card too.

That’s it for today! eek! Sorry to post so much at once. I just can’t seem to regulate it very well! lol

Memory Box and Bildmalarna Birthday cards…

Birthday fun with a step card again…for some reason, I just kinda drift toward this fold! See that cute little kitty? They have a black outdoor kitty at their house… so cute just sitting there watching for Henry and the other kids!

Grandchildren… so precious. I still remember the day we met Henry. He was two and from Ukraine. You know I rarely post family things because that would be a blog in itself! Six years ago Henry was the first of four to be adopted internationally into our family. Oh, the excitement of waiting for them to get to the waiting area of the airport! He had to be scared! So many people waiting to welcome him to his forever home!

Precious memories. I’ll post one picture that I love so much… Henry meeting Grandpa Tim and granddaughter Attie in the background. Henry hugged Tim for 5 minutes… he already sensed that he was getting an awesome grampy! : )

Time moves on and he’s 8 already! Since then, Anya came from Ukraine, two more from Bulgaria and then you know the story….pregnant and Cedryk was born. He just turned 2 and he loves tractors and Curious George!

So I had to use an image with a little blonde boy on a tractor!

I used Mimo on a Tractor from Bildmalarna, HERE and colored with Promarkers and Copics. The number 2 is from an old Quickutz die set. My Perfect Layers Mini rulers and Mat to cut the ‘perfect’ black border around the image… links below and in the sidebar.

On Henry’s card, the It’s Your Day sentiment is from an old set by Hero Arts and the sun is a medium EK Success punch. I die cut the trees in green and in brown. I clipped off the leaves on the brown one and glued the brown over the green then… like I did this tree in this video…

Hi everyone! Welcome! Today I’m hopping with Regina Mangum from Taylored Expressions Design Team. Perfect Paper Crafting and Taylored Expressions design teams have been posting random days throughout July and there will be one more day of hopping together, August 11th… so keep commenting on this post for a chance to win!

Today I used the ‘cool’ Perfect Tears, 3 Tool set. I used the scallop edged ruler, both sides…the larger for the snow and the smaller for the ice skating rink. The set comes with a water pen… very nice… the water pen is different than the one Julia shows in her video below. Really works slick! Love it!

I created this 5 ½ inch square card with Taylored Expressions, Woodland Winter stamp set and Neighborhood Border die. I’m in love with these cute, cute critters, sentiments and scenery!

I stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Copic Sketch Markers. I hand cut out the critters and the tree and then colored them. I like to do it that way so the white edges get saturated with color too.

So wintery and festive! I spattered the blue background with Dylusions White Linen spray. Shake it up really good…unscrew the cap and tap the ink from the tube onto your card-stock! It’s a winter wonderland!

Deck the halls with boughs of holly! Here’s some cute little guys to add fragrance to the Christmas season.

Don’t forget the candy canes! I love the NEW Tiny Candy Canes die stamped with the NEW Candy Cane Stripes background stamp.

I just think they are so cute die cut in kraft card-stock with the edges inked with Gathered Twigs Distress ink. Yes! They’d make darling gift tags too!

Next up, the NEW Frosted Pine Trio die, cut and embossed in white card-stock.

Check out the wonderful detail on the trees! I adhered the trees to the card with mounting adhesive squares.

I used Ho Ho Holly Leaves die to embellish the sentiment stamp, Walking Winter Wonderland…and the wonderful NEW Snowflake Arch die as a backdrop for the trees.

Both cards are A-2 size.

Only one Christmas card today! : )

Here I used the Mini Perfect Layers Tools and cutting mat to border the angle (cut with one of the dies from the Custom Panel Elle-ments set) of the kraft card-stock with red. I do love Christmas and I love these colors together!

I used the Avery Elle Winter Wreath Clear Stamp Set and Custom Panels Elle-ments for this card. I heat embossed the wreath with white embossing powder. Inked the kraft card with Gathered Twigs Distress ink and spattered it with a little water. Stamped the pinecones and bow on kraft and cut them out by hand. Stamped the sentiments with Espresso Truffle Memento ink, spattered with Dylusions White Linen spray and added red glitter domes for berries.

Here I used the Mini Perfect Layers Tools and cutting mat to mat my stamped white panel with 1/16th inch green. I love being able to cut a perfect 1/16th inch mat every time!!!

I used the Avery Elle Laurels Clear Stamp set, Laurels Elle-ments, Build a Banner Clear Stamp set, Build a Banner Elle-ments and Petals and Stems Clear Stamp set for this card.

I stamped with Shabby Shutters Distress Ink for the green and Versacolor Pigment inks for the pink flowers.

It’s so fun to be able to die cut the images! Love how the Elle-ments dies work!

My last card for today. I was inspired by a card I saved from the Avery Elle blog some time ago. Sorry, I didn’t save the link and there isn’t a name on the photo. : ( I just had to make it though! It’s perfect for one of our grandson’s. Our July family birthday party is tonight… so more birthday cards coming soon!

I used the Mini Perfect Layers Tools and cutting mat to mat the white panel with an 1/8th inch border.

I used the Avery Elle Happy Camper Clear Stamp set for the images and the happy birthday is from the Red and Goldie Clear Stamp set.

I hand cut the images out and colored the mountains and canoe with Copics and stamped with Versacolor Pigment ink. Happy Birthday is embossed with white embossing powder on black card-stock.
