Hi everyone! Welcome to a Winter Wonderland using NEW poppy dies and the NEW Memory Box Jolly 6×6 pattern paper pad. The plaids in this pad are gorgeous!

I die cut and laid everything out before I cut the plaid paper. I decided to go with the Mini Slim size, completed it is 3 ½ x 6 inches.

I used the NEW poppy Proper Merry Christmas die cut in TE Cherry Pop Red cardstock and Hammermill White cardstock.

The NEW poppy Pondering Layered Deer is die cut in TE Toffee cardstock and inked with Gathered Twigs Distress ink and the mini ink blending tool.

The scarf is colored with Copic E07 and the antlers with Copic E47.

The NEW Iced Pine Trees are cut in TE Toffee Cardstock also and Hammermill White for the snow. I colored the trees with Peeled Paint Distress ink and the mini ink blending tool.

I used an older Memory Box die for the snowy hills, Stitched Curves.

I mounted the sentiment and the deer with the thin mounting tape I like so well. The hills and trees are taped and glued directly to the plaid and then the cardbase.

poppystamps Halloween Assemblage and Rickety House Cards and a chance to win!

Boo! Happy Saturday! Two more cute halloween cards to share today then it’s on to the NEW Christmas releases from Memory Box and poppystamps! I hope you’re enjoying and creating with all the new releases! hehe

Here’s the Memory Box Black Glossy cardstock out to play again! I used white glossy on the Boo but it’s hard to tell it in the pictures. I should’ve used it on the ghost and cobweb too! lol

A2 size card…. links below to the dies I used.

Next up, some more purple and orange goodness!

Oxide inks came out to play… two purples and two oranges blended on white cardstock. Then a cloud stencil with white pigment ink brushed on over the top of the purples and oranges.

Spatter on some black and white watercolor inks.

Die cut the ink blended panel with Wrapped Stitch Rectangles die before inking.

The ghost on this card is from the NEW Whittle Creatures die. (in my previous post also)

Sentiment is from Memory Box clear stamp set Halloween Pumpkin.

poppystamps Cat Collage Card, Whittle Creatures Card and Jack O Lantern Frame Card…

Hi everyone! It’s Black, Orange and Purple season! But isn’t this black NEW Cat Collage amazing die cut in Memory Box black glossy cardstock! I love the thickness of it….I use a piece of copy paper folded in half for a shim when I die cut it.

Memory Box NEW Happy Halloween Posh Script die cut directly in the glossy card front panel then an orange die cut inlaid into it. Be sure to keep the centers of the letters!

An easy alternative to gluing! I put scor-tape on the back side, flip it over and inlay the die and letter centers. I use scor-tape a lot!

I had a scrap of brayered cardstock that wasn’t good enough to make the keep pile. It worked perfectly for die cutting the background for the cat and the windows of the NEW poppystamps Twisted Houses die!

A2 size card.

Next up is a cute, cute card using the NEW poppystamps Whittle Creatures die set.

Aren’t they cute? oh, I already said that! lol They’ve got personality!

I die cut in white and copic colored. So easy because the only little pieces are the faces. I put a little piece of scor-tape on the backs, then insert the little pieces with a pick up tool. Works great!

I decided to go postal! Memory Box Postage Square Layers for the white layer, Stitched Square Layers for the bluish green layer. I had to cut the black layer with a paper trimmer.

The broom is from the NEW Whittle Witch die.

Then I needed words! I landed on this poppystamps Marzipan Greetings clear set. A bunch of fun sentiments in this set. Love it!

My next card is CAS or QAE!

Mini Slimline size card again using the NEW poppystamps Jack O Lantern Frame die.

I die cut it in TE candycorn cardstock. Colored with copics, the branches brown and the leaves green, coloring right over the orange cardstock.

I die cut the NEW poppystamps Boo Pie Script die in Memory Box black glossy cardstock. So fun! A smiling Jack O Lantern just trying to scare you! ha!

Birch Press Design Adornment Santa Card…

Hi everyone! It’s looking a little festive here today! A super cute Santa in classic Memory Box style! I love it!

This is the NEW Adornment Santa die from Birch Press Design. Die cuts in white, a flesh color and red cardstocks.

I added a couple dies that aren’t available anymore, the holly and the postage frame. I know we all have a collection though! hoho

Be Merry is heat embossed with white embossing powder and this sentiment from the BPD Contempo Christmas Greetings. There is a circle surrounding it but I didn’t ink it.

HOHOHO is from Poppystamps Marzipan Alphabet die set.

My plaid pattern paper is from Dashing Holiday Memory Box 6×6 paper pad.

My card turned out 4 ½ in x 6 ½ inches so it will fit in an A7 envelope and post for one forever postage stamp!

So happy with this card! Yay! I hope you like it too!

NEW poppystamps Harvest Oval Frame and Fanciful Fall Leaves Card…

Hi everyone! Are you thinking of Fall colors these days? Is this you? There’s something about every season that I love but Christmas is my fave. I truly miss the Summer nights when it’s light until almost ten though!

I started with a die cut A2 size piece of Canson Bristol from their orange pad. Using ink blending brushes and regular Distress Ink pads I started with Peeled Paint at the bottom, added a little Forest Moss, then moved to Spiced Marmalade and Rusty Hinge, then the top is Wild Honey!

Yes there is a pattern. I took an old Memory Box stencil, Raymelle #88541, but any stencil would work, laid it over my inked panel and with a wet paper towel I dabbed off the color through the stencil. I LOVE it! I kept it very subtle…didn’t take off much ink really.

I die cut the NEW Harvest Oval Frame four times from natural color cardstock and glued them together instead of using foam tape this time. Glued them directly to the inked card panel

I die cut the leaves and acorns from the NEW Fanciful Fall Leaves die in the same Bristol cardstock and inked with the same ink pads that I did the card panel.

I forgot to say that I heat set the ink blended panel with my heat tool and heat embossed the sentiment with Ranger Super Fine Gold embossing powder before I glued on the oval.

The sentiment is from the Memory Box Harvest Love and Kindness clear stamp set. I inked it with Black pigment ink because I get a sharper image using black then using clear ink, in the MISTI so I could do it over and over a few times so I get a good coating but I don’t squish it to death when I’m stamping it. I have a press tool that our grandson 3D printed for me… I really like having it. I know there are several out there on the market.

I think that’s it! This would be an easy card to make multiples of.
