Fall is in the Air! I’m posting for Tilda’s Town Challenges today…Fall Fun…great colors! Except my orange is looking more red than orange and I don’t know how to fix that in a photo! *ugh*

I stamped Tilda with Broom and masked her to have her sitting on the pumpkin. I colored with Copic Sketch markers…
Hair – E 50’s
Skin – E000, 00, 01,11, R20
Green – YG93, 95, 97
Orange – YR12, 14, 15, 18, 27, E08
Yellow – YR20, 21, 23, 24, 27
Blue – B90’s

I cut the mats with the Perfect Layering Tools…link over there on the right… so awesome! 1/4 inch and 1/8 inch for this card.

Memory Box and Poppystamps…

Mittens! Do you immediately think of the “lost your mittens you naughty kittens” poem?! I do!

As soon as I saw this new Zig Zag knit die from Poppystamps, the gears (what’s left of them) started turning in my brain. Yep… had to try it on the Toasty Mitten die from Memory Box! Brrrrrrr Mittens are right up there with snowmen on my favorites for Winter list!

There’s that wonderful Frostyville Border die too…love that die! The bow is from the largest Precious Snowflake die. I used the new from Poppystamps, Garden Sprig, Small Garden Sprig and Berry Sprig. Embellished the bow and berries with white glitter domes.

Next up is a card with my usual colors! lol Kraft, red, brown… you know… lol

You can really see the detail of the Zig Zag Knit die on this card and look at the detail on the Small Blooming Poinsettia! Love this sweet flower! This is an A-2 size card…that will give you an idea of the poinsettia’s size.

I used the Berry Sprig die without cutting it up on this card… the mitten card, I cut it up into pieces… it works really great both ways! I used the Garden Sprig and the Small Garden Sprig again too.

Some twine, gold and platinum stickles and the Merry Christmas stamp from Memory Box!

I have a couple other cards to show you but I figure I better wait for another day. I need to color a couple images! eek… I go crazy when there’s new stuff! lol

Memory Box Glowing Candles…

Wow! A friend called the other day and said to me she was praying for peace. If only mankind could truly wish peace and goodwill to all. I have to say I am praying for peace right a long with her!

I made a short video to go along with this card… the Glowing Candles die lends itself to a type of paper piecing… call it die piecing! Hope it makes sense in the video… if not… feel free to ask me questions!

Memory Box and Poppystamps…

Happy Day! I could hardly wait to get my hands on the new Poppystamps dies and stamps! My order came Monday so I stopped everything yesterday and made two A-2 size cards! lol Back to Christmas cards for a couple days!

There…you can see the embossing on the sleigh in this photo! So cool! I combined the new Poppystamps dies, Santa’s Magic Sleigh, Small Garden Sprig, Woodland Fawn with Memory Box ‘All is Calm’ stamp, Winter Cabin Landscape, Bare Sapling, Twiggy Tree and Silent Snowfall.

It might look like the sky is black but it really is Memory Box Sapphire card-stock…it’s navy! I just can’t capture the colors right. I need a new lens. I keep forgetting to shop for one! ugh.

Frosted Lace stickles for the snow and Distress Peeled Paint stickles on the scarf. Red Glitter Domes on the sleigh.

Of course I had to have the snowman! Salutations! Yes, he’s waving at you! : )

Meet Poppystamps Bundled Snowman stationed in front of the Country Fence and Mountain Top Trees stamp and die set. The sentiment, snow place like home, is from Memory Box.

I left this card very CAS…could easy add snow though. When you see it IRL, it just doesn’t need the sparkle to shine, in my opinion! lol

Magnolia, Tilda’s Town Challenges…

Happy September to you! Tilda’s happy and feeling good about an A+ already! I loved this cutie Chess Tilda when I saw her… our challenge at Tilda’s Town this week is Something Old and Something New. Well… the new was challenging. I went with stuff I hadn’t used yet… Tilda, the medal stamp and the pattern papers had not been cut into yet! ugh… unfortunately I have a lot of that! lol The desk stamp is old…meaning I’ve used it before!

I stamped the images with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, on Copic X-press it card and colored with Copic Sketch markers.
