Lawn Fawn Snowball Fight Platform Pop-Up Interactive Card…

Hi everyone! I have an end of Winter card to share today!  Maybe an end to Winter… haha!

I made this for our youngest grandson’s 8th birthday…he loves the outdoors!

Linking to Lawn Fawnatics Challenge 144 – All Things Birthday

I started by making the platform pop-up. I LOVE Lawn Fawn’s interactive die sets!  They are so meticulously made AND made in the USA!  I have used this set so many times since I purchased it…best purchase ever!  It’s even easy to walk the kids through making it!

It always takes me a little time deciding what to use.  I made a set using Doodlebug Design stickers after seeing one of their design team members cards… So so cute!

Kelly from Lawn Fawn always makes excellent videos for walking you through construction too!  I was totally inspired by the LF team in creating this card.  The how to put the Platform Pop-up together video is HERE.

I stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink and colored with sketch copic markers.  White gel pen for accenting here and there.

For the snow hills I used the curved borders from the LF Shadow Box Card and Shadow Box Card Theather Add-on.  Trimming them to fit the front and inside.

The sign on the front is from the Berry Special stamp set and die set.

The pattern paper I used is from LF also… I don’t see it in the store anymore though.

I know I’ve shown this before in my other posts but I love how easy it collapses and fits in an A6 or A7 envelope!

You can collapse it either up or down!

The kids love it!  I love it! ❤

I hope you’re inspired to try it!  Thank you so much for stopping by twice this week!  I appreciate it!

MFT Cash Card Kit Birthday Card…

Hi everyone! Super fun birthday cards today.

I couldn’t resist using the cash card kit again.  This is the third one and I have a short video to share of it and I’ll post a picture of the first two I made with the kit also.

Here’s the back… I signed it back here and stamped the date.

Then I have this bag die that fits a card so I die cut it in heavy printer paper and decorated it with Doodlebug Washi Tape…it was hand delivered.  It fits all the way down in, I just left it up for the picture.

Here’s a video of it…tap/click to enlarge to get the full resolution/sharpness!  ❤  It’s better quality on Instagram if you want to click over… It should let you watch without making an account.

HERE

ok – I see what the deal is with the video… you have to click the sliders and choose high quality after you click the outside bracket symbol to the far bottom right to enlarge it. ugh.  I wish it would just load it at a decent size and quality to watch without clicking!  But that’s tech for you, always thinking they’re making it better and we’re just clicking, clicking!  waaahhh! rme.  Then you have to hit the play arrow in the bottom left corner and if you want to replay it, hit the curved arrow in the same corner!  That’s my computer anyway. I’ll check it on the phone.

Here’s a picture of the first two I made for the two of our grandsons with birthdays in December.  I didn’t even take a picture of the back I guess.  December turns into a blur around here!

The kids are loving these cards!  I’ll link to what I used below!

Thanks for stopping by and holler if you have any questions!

Thank you for shopping through my links!  I truly do appreciate it!

I used an old Memory Box die from 2016, Snowflake Ring #99494.  It’s 3.3 x 3.3 inches.  This die, HERE, would work, you could cover the flowers with snowflakes!  It’s the same size.  HERE’S the Circle Category if you’d want to check out the possibilities!  or this new one HERE might work!

Doodlebug Winter Wonderland Snowglobe Mini Shape Card…

Hi friends and cardmakers!  A little more snow here today so a good day to post a cute little snowglobe card I made for one of our grands birthday.

These super cute images are from the Doodlebug Winter Wonderland stamp set and coordinating die set.

The card looks big in my photos but it’s really only 3 x 3 inches!  ❤  The images are small but so cute and easy to color.  I used Copic sketch markers. The largest snowman is 1 ½ inches tall.

I stamped the snowglobe, colored the base, then die cut another snowglobe for the card back.  Scored the back at the top so it would open…glued it above the score line to the card front.

I love how it turned out… charming! It would be a cute tag too.

Hope it made you smile!  I’m going to link it to the #SnowmenOfJanuary event on social media right now.

Thank you for stopping by!

poppystamps Whittle Friendly Snowman and Double Joy Card…

Hi everyone!  I’m so happy with this card!  I probably could’ve added more and tried to bling it up but this time I just left him to say JOY to the world! ❤

This is a new poppystamps snowman die… so whimsical and fun!  Oh you know a little holly might’ve been nice… I always think of things after! lol

I put him on a bed of snow from the new poppystamps Layered House Globe die set.

He just melts your heart, doesn’t he?! ❤  Oh…a heart on his belly to represent the O for joy would’ve been super fun too!

I used a plaid paper from last Winter’s 6×6 plaid paper pad called Christmas Plaid!  I’m not finding it to link to anymore but I’ll link to this year’s pad that would work too! ugh.  Sorry about that.  I don’t know why I grabbed this one instead of the new one.

I die cut him from heavy white cardstock and colored his parts with Copic Sketch Markers.  I backed the circles with a smaller punch circle so I would have something to glue his eyes and carrot too.  Then I used mounting tape behind his top part, mounting tape behind the snow hill and mounting tape behind the top parts of the letters J and Y.

I die cut the plaid with the largest Memory Box Stitched Square Layers die. Then I matted it with black cardstock and adhered them to a 5 ½ x 5 ½ piece of green from the Memory Box 6×6  Lush Green cardstock pad. It matches perfectly with this plaid! yay!

‘To The World’ sentiment is from the new Memory Box Festive Christmas Greetings again… this is such a good set!

I love this new poppystamps Double Joy die too… you get so many options with the two dies included in the set!

Mr. Frosty is 5 ½ in. x 5 ½ in. square. So cute!  I need to make some more of these and vary them a little as I go! hehe

Thank you so much for stopping by and your comments and for shopping through my links!  I appreciate it!

Memory Box Snowmen Snowglobe and Snowglobe Backer…

I’m back with two more snowglobe tags/ornaments!  These two are glitteriffic and SO CUTE!

I took a phone picture with my hand in it so you’d get an idea of the size of these delightful things!

Pictures do not do them justice… they are just so cute!

I used all four of the new dies for this Snowman one.

Close up of the snowgirl!  I used the Santa hat and ear muffs for her… colored the glitter card with Copics.

I grabbed what I thought was a clear glaze pen and colored over some of the pieces only to find out when they dried it was the white glaze pen! lol  It left them looking snowy and I used them anyway.  I used a black glaze pen on Frosty’s hat.

Close up of Frosty snowguy! Such personality!

Close up of the layers…

The NEW Glitter pads from Memory Box are SO beautiful and die cut wonderfully!  I die cut with blades up and one printer paper shim on top of the cutting plate when I ran through my Big Shot.

Next up, the penguin takes the show.  He’s from the Snowglobe Backer die. Now that I look at my pictures, I wish I’d put some text on this one… like ‘let it snow’!  I think I will do that! ❤  Or a teeny heart on his chest… oh my… why do the ideas come after pictures! ha

I copic colored his feet and nose…his eyes are little black gems…his body and hat are glitter cardstock and his black outline body is black cardstock colored with a black glaze pen.

I used all four dies again for the layers…silver glitter cardstock.

I just realized I haven’t written in the finished size yet!  They are all 3 inches wide and 4 ⅛ inches tall.  So adorable!

I’m excited to see how they sparkle hanging on the Christmas tree!

A closer look at the layers again…

A lot of pictures today…hope they all loaded for you and you get the idea of how special they are! A keepsake to get out every year!

I’ll link up everything below…thank you for shopping through my links.  I really appreciate it.

I changed to paying for my blog awhile back so I don’t have other advertisements in my posts…that should really help if you’re looking at my blog on your phone.  I also have to pay monthly for the link up service for products I use and it takes so much time to take pictures, write posts and make product lists.  So I’m here working for you!

More to come…Christmas is my favorite and it’s August already my dear cardmaking friends!  EEK!  Don’t panic, don’t panic. lol

I’ll be back soon with more sparkle and shine! ❤

Impression Obsession Snowman With Fence Birthday Card…

January is a big birthday month for our family… I’m behind posting my cards!  This one was for our youngest grandson Charles… he picked out the stamp.  I made him another interactive card that I was experimenting with that he loved.  I need to improve on it though to make that one post worthy! lol

I stamped this on Canson Smooth Bristol and watercolored it with Zig Clean Color Brush markers.

Definitely a jolly, happy soul!  I used some Nuvo Crystal Drops gloss white on the snow.

I stamped the number 5 on one of the new poppystamps Heart Tag Trio.  The snow is from a new poppystamps Whittle Cloud Border die set.  Both die cut in white cardstock. I love how fluffy it looks as snow!

The sentiment Birthday Boy is from poppystamps Sentiments of Hello stamp set, inked up with Taylored Expressions Cookie Monster Ink.  Taylored Expressions cardstock, Confetti Cake for the card base also.

Thanks for stopping by today!  I have a couple CAS Valentines to post soon, so I’ll be back! ❤
