NEW Memory Box Cottage Gate Frame Fall Card…

Hi everybody! Sharing a card with more NEW dies on it with you today! We all love Fall even the little critters! Looks like they’re having a convention on where’s the best dirt these days! haha

I die cut everything in Neenah Solar White 110# cardstock and ink blended with regular Distress ink pads and the mini ink blending tools. Gathered Twigs, Spiced Marmalade, Forest Moss, Wild Honey, Squeezed Lemonade and Rusty Hinge.

The extra acorns and leaves are cut from the Oak Leaf Swirl die.

I love the new Thankful Jotted Script die! There is a backer die that comes with it too but I didn’t use it here. The squirrels are from a new poppystamps Busy Squirrel Trio die. They do look busy! We have a lot of squirrels around here and they can be pretty entertaining at times!

This is an A7 size card. (5 in. x 7 in.)

Memory Box Snowcapped Mountain Circle Scene Card…

Hi everyone! I’ve been playing with Memory Box dies again! Here I glittered up the NEW Snowy Circle die, inked it first with Tumbled Glass Oxide ink, spattered Broken China ink, then smeared it with glue and dumped on Distress Rock Candy Glitter! The snowy circle part of the die cut ends up in the back and the A2 size panel I die cut in, ends up on the top.

I die cut the NEW Mountain Valley Circle and NEW Snowcapped Mountain Circle dies in white Neenah Solar White 110# cardstock. The mountain tops I rubbed glue and glittered too.

I die cut the Horse Sleigh Landscape in black cardstock and cut it away from the landscape piece. I wanted to glue it on the Snowy Circle die cut base/top layer.

I really had fun making the wreath from one of the holly sprigs in the NEW Elegant Holly Double Frame die set. I die cut 8 I think it was, of the sprig with the curve and glued them together with liquid glue so I could kinda slide them to fit. I really like making wreaths so I have to try doing this and coloring it too!

I stamped a sentiment from the NEW Typewriter Holiday Sentiments set using the MISTI. Mounted the top panel to an A2 cardbase with foam tape.

I love white Winter cards with the bang of a little color and sparkle! Hope you do too!

Memory Box Pine Wreath and Snowberry Sprigs Card, Meadowtree Frame and Countryside Fence Frame Flip Card…

Hi everyone! I meant to get cards posted on Saturday and here it is Tuesday already! I’m just going to put these two in one post.

I saw the ‘wreath’ challenge at CAS Christmas Card Challenge and had to play along!

and my card was TOP PICK! yay! Thank you Ladies!

I die cut one of the Memory Box Stitched Square Layers dies in a 4.25 x 5.5 inch panel of Neenah Solar White 110# cardstock, then embossed the next larger square die by running it through the Big Shot with the tan embossing mat (link below). I use the multi purpose platform and take away the first layer to do the embossing.

I colored a piece of Neenah Solar White cardstock with 3 different green Copic Sketch markers and then die cut the NEW Pine Wreath die (4 branches) on each color. Then I die cut one of the NEW Snowberry Sprigs die in Solar White and colored the berries red and the stem brown with Copic Sketch markers too.

Use a 1.6 inch circle frame from the Memory Box Stitched Circles dies for the wreath base, then adhere the pine branches onto the base.

Then I cut the NEW Snowberry Sprig into little sprigs and just glued them in, here and there very randomly. Fun! Christmas is a time for greens and berries for sure! Glad Tidings is from the NEW Typewriter Holiday Sentiments stamp set.

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge – pop it up (3d mounting tape)

The swap for stamp club Friday was a card with a different fold… so I made this next card at the last minute! The pictures aren’t the greatest cuz, last minute loo loo was hurrying!

Here’s the front… I layered up the NEW Meadowtree Frame with the Horse Sleigh Landscape die…cut both in Solar White 110# cardstock and ink blended the sky with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink and spattered on some white ink. I colored the horse and sleigh with a Copic Sketch black marker trimmed it to fit and mounted it to the scene.

When you pull both sides, it flips the square. I used a Sizzix die to cut the flip part of the card it’s an older one that’s not available anymore #657591. It’s really easy to make this fold yourself though. I’ve done it before. Holler if you want me to find a tutorial for it or draw up the measurements for you. I need to make another one and make a video of it flipping! There is also a new thin die from Sizzix. I’ll link up to it below and the square looks like it’s * close to the same size.

I used the NEW Countryside Fence Frame die and the NEW Meadowtree Frame on the flip side. I ink blended the sky with Chipped Sapphire Regular Distress ink and white ink splatters.

The Seasons Greetings sentiment is from the NEW Be Jolly stamp set and let it snow is from the NEW Snow Much Fun stamp set.

Memory Box Delicate Pine Frame, Pine Forest Frame Masculine Scene Christmas Card…

Hi everyone! I always like to have a few cards ready for Tim to send at Christmas…a touch masculine but still pretty! lol I need to add some glitter here and there! hehe At Christmas you can get away with glitter on scene cards for men I think!

Basic card here…die cut everything in white, except the sky piece, I cut it in blue with the older Speckled Background die. (you can always spatter with white ink for the look of snow) Ink the die cuts with Distress Inks and stick it together! yay! Stitched Hill, NEW Delicate Pine Frame, NEW Pine Forest Frame, New Pinpoint Snowflake Circle Frame and the sentiment from the NEW Snow Much Fun stamp set.

Now that I’m looking at this in photos, I’m thinking, hmmm… I need to add a scrap of red plaid! lol Isn’t that the way of it, all done, pictures taken, writing the post and bam…I should’ve. NO! I will on the next card! lol

So fun all the things you can do with Memory Box and poppystamps dies. I have so many cards started. Fortunately I do finish them eventually!

This is an A2 size top folding card.

Hi everyone! I don’t know about where you are but it was anything but a silent night here! Rain, lightning and sounded like hail once. Drama all night! This snowy scene looks so peaceful and a silent night sounds wonderful! lol

We’re in for a rainy holiday weekend according to the weather stats. Hoping for a little dry Monday so we can have a birthday party!

My card today is using the new gorgeous Memory Box Country Church Frame die, die cut from silver metallic cardstock and some elements from other new Memory Box dies… I love mixing and matching and that little touch of red!

The little red bird is from the MB Delicate Pine Frame die (cut in red cardstock), the holly sprig is from the MB Elegant Holly Double Frame die, then I used the new MB Snowy Circle die in the background (ink blended with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink).

The sentiment is from the new MB Typewrite Holiday Sentiments set and I heat embossed it with Ranger silver embossing powder on silver metallic cardstock.

The church and trees are two layers of Neenah Solar White 110# cardstock.

The card is 4 ½ inches square but would fit in an A6 or A7 envelope so you can mail with a regular postage stamp!
