Hi everyone! Today I’m sharing a birthday card for one of our grandsons that just turned 7 the end of September. He’s a tramp lovin’ boy for sure and can run like the wind!
I used some newer My Favorite Things stamps and dies… perfect for our grands who all love the tramp. I had a $25 gift certificate that I’d won on a challenge that helped me buy the awesome Interactive Up Down Die set! We’ll need to use it a lot!
I followed the MFT Design Team gal Laura’s instructional video on how to do it. I reinforced the mechanism by gluing 3 die cuts together though, it really needed the strength! I haven’t asked but I’m hoping it’s still working on the card! hehe
Super cute and easy to color! I was so happy with how it turned out! I stamped with Memento Tuxedo Ink and cut the images out with the Scan and Cut 350, then colored with Copic Sketch Markers. There are coordinating dies, I’ll link them up below.

So cute…. I bet it was a big hit. Those animals just make you smile, especially the giraffe. I love the MFT videos…I have used their ideas many times and love their products. I’ve visited their shop a number of times…fun day trip from Jacksonville. Lovely store and such sweet staff. Anyway, I watched one of their videos for the third time just this morning. I bought the stamp and die set but was hesitant to get the interactive die. This might sway me! Heehee! I bet your sweet grand loved it! I think all kids like cards that have some sort of movement on them. Mine sure do! Beautiful and fun card! (As always!)
