Hi everyone! Starting out the week thankful I woke up early to get a post written! I was inspired to make this card using these colors and design by a little Christmas card catalog that came in the mail, a business would order personalized cards from. I don’t normally think to mix white with gold!
I embedded the Memory Box Arpeggio Snowflake die like my video HERE…such an easy way to adhere this detail image and love how it looks on the back side, even though I trimmed the panel down and glued it to a card base. hehe
Merry is die cut in gold and glued on…Christmas is white heat embossed and from the poppystamps Christmas Greetings stamp set. I’m getting a lot of mileage out of that stamp set!
The black card-stock background panel is cut with the Memory Box Speckled Background die. An A2 size, top folding card.
oh, I had fun playing with the new Memory Box Circle Bump Borders die set! Here I die cut one of the sizes twice at an angle in a 4.25 x 5.5 panel of white card-stock. I scotch taped the straight lines on the back side and glued the panel to an A2 size card-base. Then you can just slip a gift card right under the bumps and it holds it perfectly and stays! So happy when done! hehe
This was a surprise drawing/gift at our stamp club party Friday. Jan won! Thank you Carolyn for the HyVee gift card!
I’m loving this new poppystamps Pine Twig die. Die cut it twice and glued on. But of course it needed holly! I die cut poppystamps Holly Leaves and Berries die twice and glued them on. Fast and flat if you want to mail it! oh, a little glittery snow would’ve been fun…ok, on the next one! lol
Here’s the Memory Box Circle Bump Borders die again! I used a bigger one this time. That poppystamps Christmas Greetings stamp set again, some little strips of gold metallic card-stock that I did run through the big shot with the bump die so the ends would be curved, the pretty little poinsettia from the Memory Box Fanciful Poinsettia Ornament die and the pine branches from the Memory Box Blissful Bundle die.
You’ll notice the front panel has a little border…I like to use the A2 size rectangle die from the Avery Elle Custom Panel set, when I need the front panel back side to be covered. Then I just glue it to an A2 card-base.
I was happy with this sweet A2 size CAS Christmas card. Should be easy to mail even with that small gold pearl.
Well, yesterday we went to Costco and bought an artificial Christmas tree. We’ve had real Christmas trees for over 30 years. I’m not sure I’m gonna be alright with it. sigh. Sounds so silly typing it. I won’t have a tree to water every morning! One daughter told me, I can always buy a real tree too! hohoho She’s right but one of them would never get decorated cuz I gotta make cards you know! lol I do love real trees.
Happy Thanksgiving week to you wonderful blog friends. You’re the best! I’m thankful!

Hi everyone! I’m not keeping up the greatest with the ‘daily’ part of the Daily Marker 30 days of coloring challenge but here I am back again…not giving up! lol I had this all cut out in white but since I needed to color, I did some real basic Copic coloring on the Memory Box and poppystamps die cuts.
Here’s a picture of the parts before I put them together…oh, I did glitter the frame with Hero Arts Prisma glitter and the Glue stamp pad before I put the card together.
and here’s a close up photo…
I’ll link up below to the dies I used… it’s an A2 size card. It’s pretty and really was fast to make! YAY! I need those new Playful Fawn dies, I have them in my cart at SLS! lol I’ll put a link to those too…they might be really cute in this scene!

Oh what fun! Non traditional colors! Hi everyone! Today I broke out the Memory Box Scribble Christmas stamp set and the coordinating die set. The pine branch is from the poppystamps Poinsettia Peace stamp set.
I used Altenew inks to stamp and color the ornaments, the pink series (Red Cosmos), and Evergreen Bough Distress ink pad and marker to stamp and color the holly and branches.
I stamped the ornaments using the MISTI with the different colors of ink. The greenery I just used acrylic blocks, they were easy to line up. I embossed the outline images with Silver Glitter embossing powder. You can click on the pictures and kinda see the sparkle better.
Very fun sets to play with!
Take a look at the Memory Box stamp and die sets HERE…so many fun pieces to create with!
oops! In my post yesterday, I didn’t put the right link in the paragraph about Starlitstudio having a great sale on Penny Black stamps and dies! HERE is the right link! Sorry about that! Her prices are so good but take a look at the additional discount and shop ’til you drop! lol You’ll be glad you clicked over!

Happy coloring everybody! Thanks so much for letting me share with you!

Hi everyone! These cute kitties are all festive, toasty and warm! So cute and fun to color and embellish with all the little extras in the stamp and die sets, the holly, the santa hats, the bow, the gift and so much more! I used the poppystamps Purr-fect Holidays stamp set and matching die set, Cat Friends stamp set and die set and Kitty Cat Gift stamps and die set.
The dies I used are the poppystamps Classic Brick Fireplace, Stocking Garland, Warm and Cozy Fire, Fireplace Logs and Pine Garland.
The fireplace inside wall is ink blended with Distress ink pads and ink blending tools, Squeezed Lemonade and Wild Honey. The fire and logs are die cut in white card-stock and then colored. The fire with Distress ink pads and ink blending tools, Squeezed Lemonade, Wild Honey and Fired Brick. The logs with Copics.
I stamped with the MISTI, Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Copic Sketch markers, W3, 5, 7 walking kitty, YG17, 25 holly and gift, R46, 27, 89 stocking and hats, Y23, 26, 28 yellow kitties, E 33, 35, 37 brown kitty, E43, 44, 47, 49 logs.
I ink blended the walls and floor of the card-base with Tumbled Glass, Antique Linen and Pumice Stone Distress inks.
The white on the stocking and hats is Nuvo White Crystal Drops.
This is an A-2 size card. I know my grandchildren are kitty lovers and they will enjoy this card. hehe
I’m going to give the 30 Day Coloring Challenge a try this month! eek! Today is Day #1 and I am actually ready with a card! I hope I can keep up! I have plenty of stamps and dies I can color for sure! Wish me luck! lol
