My first card today is for Day One – Wonderful Watercolor.
I chose to use the MFT Bold Blooms stamp set and matching die set.
First I die cut all the flowers and then they went swimming. lol I did the watercolor dip technique but instead of painting with a brush, I stamped the solid images from the stamp set onto the soaked, wet die cut, with Distress Ink stamp pads.
So much fun! Hope you get some time to try this WC technique…scroll down a couple posts and there’s a link to a video about it.
The sentiment is from the MFT Much Love stamp set. I used the MISTI for all the stamping.
The scallop stitch rectangle die is from the MFT Blueprints #27 die set.

Seize the Birthday – anything goes birthday
Tic Tac Toe – yellow, stitching, rectangle (bottom row) thank you for picking my card ladies!
My card for Day Two – Remarkable Resist is next…
First thing I did was stamp and emboss the background Bundles of Blossoms background stamp with a Versafine Black ink pad and Black embossing powder. It’s hard to see the heat embossing in the picture because the lines are so fine in the image. Next time I would use Black pigment ink to stamp it with.
I inked the background with some pigment ink pads that I’ve had for a long time and the little finger dauber things HERE.
I stamped and die cut the MFT Peaceful Wild Flowers stamp set and glued some down to the background and mounted some with foam mounting squares.
I used MFT Blueprints #20 for the Stitched Rectangle and the Stitched banner dies.

Both cards are gorgeous with the flowers! Wonderful color and great techniques!
Whoa! Love both of them… great techniques… need to give a try this week end.
So pretty!! Gorgeous creations, Pam!
Great cards, Pam. Like your watercolor card. I tried to find your cards on Simon Says but couldn’t find them. It was 110 here in Roseville, CA, today. We are experiencing over a week of three digit temps. Awful!
Simply stunning! I love the watercolor card and need to try that technique but your resist card takes my breath away. Georgeous! Hope you keep cool. Ciao!
Beautiful cards – I do think I am going to have to try a couple of these techniques. I have a dear friend that is also playing along this week with MFT camp. I am going to have to go watch some videos.
I think Loo Loo saved the best for last minute! Your bathing beauties are fantastic… but those in silhouette are just exquisite, Pam!!! I’m so kicking myself for not buying that background stamp!!!
=]
I’m completely intrigued by your watercolor stamping method on your first card. It’s a look I haven’t seen before and I will be back to check out the video for sure!! Such a bright and cheery card, I absolutely adore how it turned out!! Thank you so much for playing along with the Tic Tac Toe Challenge this week!
Great job with the watercolor dip Pam…really lovely
Like the new take on the wc technique. Stamping on the water soaked paper. got to try this.
Absolutely beautiful Pam!
I love both ideas, the first one looks so soft and I really love that, and the second I love the colors and the black against them. I just noticed that you commented on my Poppy Stamps card on my flickr account last month, thank you so much, that was so nice of you to do!!! ❤

Oh Pam those are great! I, too, seem to be a last minute person! Ugh! I need to get card making…I have 8 birthdays over the next 30 days, four of them masculine which always seem to be so hard for me! 🙂
Lovely to see some black embossing for the emboss resist technique. The effect with the grey, blue and green inks is really cool.
Wow Pam two beautiful cards here! great colours and clever embossing too. Thank you for sharing with us over at ‘The Flower Challenge’ and we hope to see you again soon 😉 Viv xx
Hey, love the watercolory look of the flowers in your first card! I had that brilliant idea a while back but my trial was a disaster. I should watch the video. Your second card is bold and beautiful with those striking colors and awesome background stamp. Emboss resist is a cool technique!
Wonderful colours on your resist background. Thanks for playing at AAA Cards.
Love your two different techniques!… and the cards like great! Thanks for playing along with the Simply Irresistible challenge too!
