Memory Box Forest Branch Collage and Enchanted Deer Collage Card and Video…

Hi everyone! A card and a video to share today. I love all the dies Memory Box has come out with for layering die cuts and these two really lend themselves to the tunnel card look!  I’m always so happy when I get to use kraft and brown ink too! lol

Here’s a couple close ups of the dimension you can achieve with just the 2mm craft foam between the two layers…still perfectly mailable in an A2 envelope!

Here’s a sped up video with no sound. hehe I tried adding music but it wasn’t long enough for the video and I couldn’t figure out how to add more. You Tube’s video manager threatens to add ads to your video if you use it. ugh. sigh. They have to pay for all the HUGE and I mean HUGE buildings they are building north of us for Google and all things connected, Facebook etc. If you’re traveling across Iowa ever on Interstate 80, you won’t miss them!

Now for the not fancy video! lol  Hey, at least it’s in living color! hoho

Holler if you have any questions…

  1. Great video Pam….love the card…good idea for Valentines….I see…had looked at this and now may have to have it…I love the layering of a lot of the dies also…I love the sea layering with 3 dies also. Have you seen that one? Have a beautiful weekend…Keep doing the videos although I do miss your voice.
Hey and glad to see your desk looks like mine..lol

  2. I want everything you used! I really love the deer die and loved your video. Wish I could work that fast for real. I like your method for water spotting your background, too. That was good to see. This was fun! And a fantastic card!

  3. Alright. it works now!!! The only thing missing is your voice – everything else, perfect! and Perfectly wonderful! what a gorgeous die…

  4. This is just a brilliant card! LOVE, love, love the finished results! You can almost imagine yourself in the forest. Love the way you built your layers to complete this gorgeous card. Thanks for joining our “Celebrations” challenge at Dies R Us!

  5. I’m so glad I came wandering back through your blog–how did I miss this video Pam! I know you sped up your video but I’m still amazed at how quickly you put your cards together–I actually take days for mine! And how do you get such great distressing without tapping off first! I get harsh edges every time even when do I tap off! Great job on the video and your card. Love that extra finish with the heart!

    1. Thank you Shirley! Made me smile! hey, part of it is just the angle I hold the tool while doing edges, I angle it up and even the inside of the scene die cuts, I angle it just a hair. I bet it’s hard to see in the video though. This was a pretty easy card. hehe Next time I’ll try to add music or at least leave the background noise unmuted. hehe I tried adding music this time but the song wasn’t long enough…the ‘ole learning curve. grrr oh yes, that pop of red…makes me happy! 😀 Thanks again Shirley!

  6. I never realised these two dies could match up… and now I have to have the one to go with the other I already own! As for this card? One of my all time favourites of yours, Pam. So much to love. It’s a real keeper. xxx

I love hearing from you! Thank YOU!
