poppystamps Stitched Poinsettia, Botanical Frame and more!
Hi everyone! I wanted to show you this beautiful poppystamps Stitched Poinsettia Trio die, Holly Leaf Branch die, Merry Christmas Script die and Botanical Frame die. I love all of them and how elegant they look in Christmas colors!
Basic die-cutting and gluing up here. I die cut the Botanical Frame in gold and green card-stock, pieced them together, put tape on the back, laid the little pieces in. I like to leave the little pieces in the die and use the Quickstik to put them in place. Another tool I’m liking these days is the Marvy Jewel Picker. Unless they stay in the cut, if they do, you can lay them over the top of where you want them and push them into place.
Die cut and glue the Poinsettia Trio layers together. Glue on three small Pretty Pink Posh Gold Sequins. Die cut the holly and stick it in.
Die cut Merry Christmas in Silver card-stock…adhere with dots of glue on the wider areas… an easy one to glue up! yay!
I’m a Tombow Mono Multi glue girl! lol
This card ended up a little larger than A2 size but will still fit in an A6 or 7 envelope, can’t remember at the moment. But card-makers have all sizes of envelopes, right?! lol It’ll still mail with the forever postage stamp.

Memory Box NEW Gift Wrapped Poinsettia two ways…
Hi everyone! You know me…I have to make at least one glossy black, metallic gold and silver poinsettia card each holiday season!
Today I’m using the new Memory Box Gift Wrapped Poinsettia die, the new Memory Box Poinsettia Flourish die and the sentiment from the new poppystamps Christmas Greetings clear stamp set. I love this sentiment set!
Same dies but different orientation… I added a rectangle tag using the Memory Box Open Studio Tag You’re It Rectangles die set, stamping the sentiment in the center from the same poppystamps Christmas Greetings clear stamp set.
To back the tag (hold the center piece in place) I glued it to the same size shape cut from the Memory Box Open Studio Rectangle Layers die set.
Some black gems on the first card and little red pearls on the second.

I’m sharing a card today that I made with two retiring stamp sets and one of the retiring dies…
I had so much fun coloring up this adorable train from the All Aboard stamp set! I colored with Copic Sketch Markers and hand cut all the pieces. TIP: I like to cut the images out before I color so there aren’t any white edges left after coloring. I accented here and there with the Extra Fine Point White Sharpie Pen.
For the background I die cut one of the Build a Scene Rolling Clouds in white cardstock and layered it on an A2 white card-base. Using the MISTI stamping tool, I stamped the words choo choo from the All Aboard set with TE Premium Dye Granny Smith Ink and the words under the track from the Loads of Fun stamp set with TE Premium Hybrid Oreo ink.
I added the cloud layer to the card-base with a piece of thin white craft foam, glued the track directly to the card and mounted the train pieces with foam mounting squares.
A super fun and cute birthday card!
My second card for today is very CAS (clean and simple) but I loved it. An encouragement card for sure! This time of year with it being so hot, it could even be a card to encourage a friend to keep drinking water! lol
I die cut the Train Track Border die in white and colored it to look like wood. The top track pieces are cut in silver metallic cardstock and glued on top. I stamped the sentiments from the All Aboard set with TE Premium Hybrid Oreo ink and the MISTI stamping tool.
