I used some old My Mind’s Eye pattern papers… I think they’re called Wild Asparagus. Love the weight of them and the texture. I used to buy two and three pieces of everything I liked… not anymore! eek! Too much new coming all the time! I’m sure you will see these a few more times in the future! lol Well, if I’d just get busy and scrapbook, that would use them up faster! lol

Perfect Layering Tools to mat… some Martha Stewart ribbon…super cute Magnolia DooHickeys tag die… hemp and pearls!

I stamped Tilda on Papertrey ink card-stock, with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored her with Copic Sketch markers…

Time to Celebrate! This week’s challenge at Tilda’s Town Challenges! I used Ice Tilda and the Lovely Fence DooHickeys die. We’d love to have you link up… always a random chance to win the draw for the $10 gift certificate to Tilda’s Town.com!

I colored Tilda with Distress Ink refills. I am still playing around with these… trying to figure out what works for me. I ended up using Tattered Rose and Tea dye for her skin… I know, everyone else uses Tattered Rose and Vintage Photo. ugh… the vintage photo really goes yellow on me. YES, her cheeks got way toooo big on me! You aren’t supposed to notice! hahahahahahahaha Well, they aren’t near this dark IRL. I’m not going to give up on them yet… I keep going back and trying again! lol

The pattern paper set I used is Winterberry from Memory Box. Perfect Layers Tools to mat the main image… link in the right sidebar.

Happy Friday to you! It’s my week to post for Tilda’s Town Challenges, HERE! It’s a great one! Pull out your winter themed Magnolia stamps and start creating! We’d love to have you link up… always a random chance to win the draw for the $10 gift certificate to Tilda’s Town.com!

I stamped Tilda with Lovikka Mittens, HERE , on Copic X-press it card-stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Copic Sketch Markers (B00, 01, 02, 04, 05, 06). I used the Slender Firs Magnolia DooHickeys die and Papertrey Ink’s snowy slope die. The snowball I made from a circle out of the My Favorite Things Circle Stax 2. Magnolia pattern paper and Martha Stewart glitters from her white six pack. I used the three that are the whitest.

Magnolia, Tilda’s Town Challenge…

Happy New Year! Our challenge to you this week at Tilda’s Town challenges is to create something for the New Year!

I used a couple older Magnolia stamps from the So Jolly collection @ Tilda’s Town. com, HERE and the snowflake DooHickeys die HERE.

I stamped on PTI card-stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. Die cut the Fir in Snow image with Spellbinders rectangle die, left it in the die and embossed it. Colored in the snowflakes with white gel pen. Let them dry and then used Distress ink pads in Tumbled Glass, Broken China and Faded Jeans, applied with the Ink Blending tool while the image was still in the die. The Calendar stamp is colored with Copic Sketch Markers. Stardust stickles on the snowflake and circles.

The pattern paper is from SEI… two years ago, maybe three… who knows! lol I purchased three sheets of it and I still have one left! It’s so pretty. Do you remember my House Mouse card? I used it then too… it’s HERE… I loved this card. Are you ever that way? Every once in awhile I have a card I just love more than others… hehe So, make that three years… the date of this post was 2009! My how time flies!

I used my Perfect Paper Layering Tools… link over there on the right! Yes, YOU need them… they are awesome! : ) Use that Christmas cash! HOHOHO

Happy New Year to you dear stamping friends! It’s been a great year and 2013 is looking even better! Why? Because today our internet service was fixed!!! I have been limping a long with less than stellar service for a couple years. The last several months it’s progressively gotten worse until this last week it’s been less than 1 mbps when it’s supposed to be up to 15 mbps!!! I am in shock today to be speeding along! I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry! All that to say, I hope I get around better this year! I should!!!!

It’s a joy following and sharing this wonderful stamping and paper-art hobby with you! Thanks again for a wonderful 2012 and looking forward to 2013!
