Memory Box Happy Fall Gypsy Oak Leaves Card…

Happy Fall y’all!  I’m back today with some more NEW Memory Box products!  Look at this neat embossing folder!  It’s called Vintage Tray and comes with a cutting die that cuts a frame.

I die cut the embossing folder in white cardstock and swiped the Gathered Twigs Distress ink pad over the top of it a bunch of times until I liked the coverage.

I die cut the NEW Gypsy Oak Leaves dies and NEW Happy Fall Posh Script dies in white Neenah also and inked them with Distress Oxide inks and ink blending brushes. Fossilized Amber, Carved Pumpkin, Peeled Paint and Seedless Preserves are the colors I used.  On the outline die cuts I inked with Vintage Photo Distress Oxide ink.

I die cut a couple extra of the leaves and sentiments to layer them up for height on the card.

I stamped the words from the Harvest Love and Kindness Stamp set on a TE Candy Corn cardstock strip in the MISTI.  I hope this set is still available.  I’ll link below if it is.

I mounted the A2 size panel to an A2 size Seedless Preserves color cardbase.

I wasn’t sure I liked it while I was making it but when I finally landed on a design with my pieces I really like it!   It seems like I’m like that a lot in my cardmaking! ugh!  I just keep going and hope for the best! hohohaha Wish I could show it to you IRL!

Stampendous Santa Hugs Card and Tags…

Hi everyone!  So…..I fell in love with this adorable reindeer when I saw it!  Had to have it! lol  The Santa has grown on me too!  The sentiments that go with these dies are adorable too and have dies and make fun tags a long with being so cute on cards! Rudolph would be so cute by himself on a tag!

Here’s the inside…

Santa is a hugging machine with his arms open and used with these sentiments!

I made two tags with Holiday Hugs Sentiments Stamps and Hugs Accessories Dies. So many fun combos and add fun twine and Doodlebug colored clothespins!  CUTE!

Anything with a heart and postal!

Here’s some more photos of Santa and Rudolph!

I added some candy canes and peppermints from the Spellbinders Parcel and Post Christmas Decorations Die set.  Super fun smallish die set with holly, mistletoe and a bow too!

I took so many pictures of this card trying to capture the details.

I used the Art Glittering System Dries White Glue for the fluff on his hat trim and cuffs.  I wish I could show it to you IRL!

The pine branches are from the Spellbinders Winter Welcome Sled Die set.  An awesome die set for Holiday cards!

I love this Spellbinders In The Pines Embossing Folder too!  It’s big…use a half sheet of cardstock and get two A2 card bases in one shot!

I used some Gathered Twigs, Hickory Smoke and Lumberjack Plaid Distress inks to edge the die cuts.  Glue and mount to the cardbase.

The snow is just a torn piece of white cardstock.   Super fun card and tags!

Spellbinders Large Die of the Month and 3D Embossing Folder of the Month Card…

Hi everyone! Something truly unusual today for this month’s Large Die of the Month Club from Spellbinders!  I was surprised to see a Pomegranate but it turned out so fun!

Growing up, my dad was the grocery shopper for my mom, she didn’t drive.  I remember him bringing home pomegranates and we’d sit around the table digging for the treasured fruit!  Fun memories.

Spellbinders has a great club program!  Join for a great price and cancel anytime.  Simple details HERE. (a short video with the details too)

I took a picture of the pomegranates before I glued them together so you could see what I cut out of what!

I used Lumberjack Plaid Distress Ink to color the red layer of the pomegranate insides.

See the circles at the ends of the branches?  That’s where you glue on the flowers and buds!  So handy to have a good area to put glue on!

Die cutting and gluing….

then I decided to use the 3D Embossing Folder of the Month – Stylized Floral.  So pretty!  I ran it through the die cutting machine, no added techniques!

I did some inking for shading here and there… lumberjack red and gathered twigs distress inks.

THANKS is the sentiment die that comes with the set!

I made an A2 size card and it’s nice and snail mail friendly!

Thank you for stopping by today!  Take a look at the club offerings for the month… I still have one more to post next week!

Simon Says Stamp Just A Note July Release – Margot Tile Card…

Hi everyone!  New gorgeous 3D embossing Folder to share with you today for the Simon Says Stamp Just A Note July Release!

Look at all that goodness!  Click/tap on the logo and it’ll take you to the whole release!

For my card I started by embossing the Margot Tile folder from the release with black cardstock!   It’s gorgeous!

Then I did some die cutting with Birch Press Designs Large Cosmos Contour Layers die and Curved Leaf Branch Contour Layers die.

I only used one color for the Cosmos but I inked and added a little Copic marker for a little dimension.

The Branch die is two colors of green die cut and glued up.

These dies come in a folder holder with a design sheet on how they go together!  It’s so helpful!

I used Birch Press Design Thank You Noted Script Hot Foil Plate and Die Set for the sentiment.

So happy with how it turned out… the black must just give it the drama the flower needs! lol  It didn’t take long to make either!  A big plus!

I hope I remembered everything about it.  It’s A2 size.  Comment or email if you have any questions!

Have fun checking out the new release!  What is your favorite new product/s?

Spellbinders 3D Embossing Folder Club of the Month – Christmas in July Card…

Hi everyone!  I’ve always loved the sentiment Deck the Halls but I don’t think I use it every year!

This NEW 3D embossing folder is called ‘Adorning the Trees’!  So the sentiment sure fits!  This embossing folder is a big one.  It will emboss a 8 ½ in. x 5 ½ in. piece of cardstock. I used the top half.

I used a piece of matte, gold metallic cardstock and I had quite a bit of cracking and I hated to pitch it!   I had to think and try a couple things before I landed on the Karin Deco Metallic markers!  Wow!  They worked so good!  Metallic is so hard to capture to show the true beauty of it.

Painting in the design was really easy too.  I really didn’t try for perfection but to my eyes, it turned out great! haha

This picture shows the metallic cardstock under the sentiment better.

I used two rectangles from the Precision Layering Mini Slimline sets A and B.  I am so glad to have so many rectangle sets.  I can pretty much always find one that fits whatever sentiment I need to cut out. lol   Makes me happy because I don’t always use the small sizes of sets.  Do you?

The die cut sentiment is from Mix and Match Holiday Greetings set… I’ll link below.  I die cut it in a matte Silver metallic cardstock, same as the cardbase.

This is an A2 size card.

You’ll find all of the info on Spellbinders Club of the Month deals HERE and the link for just the 3D Embossing Folder Club is HERE.

Holler if you have any questions and thank you for stopping by!  I appreciate your visit so much!
