Memory Box Poinsettia Band and We Wish You Elegant Script…

pam-sparks-we-wish-you-elegant-script

Hi everyone! I wish you a merry Monday! haha  Really, it’s not so bad!  I had a lot of fun getting out the copics and clear embossing powder for this die cut!  Just cut in white and color it up!  Smoosh it with some Versamark ink and pour on the clear embossing powder.  I used regular for this, not detail/super fine.

Then the decision of what to do with it!  Sometimes I get stuck! Ended up pretty festive though and I really like it!

Now to keep using up all the embossing powder from the last 22 years! HELP! lol

Oh this one has red instead of silver…HERE.  It’s sure hard to find cards going back on a blog.  There are a lot of cards here! lol

Reverse Confetti Birthday Cards…

pam-sparks-cedryks-b-day-2016

I have two birthday cards to share today.  This little monkey is so cute and worked up so well for our grandson Cedryk’s 4th birthday.  I colored him with Copic Sketch Markers, the E40s and the background is Distress Ink blended on to the card-stock with ink blending tools.

Memory Box Rectangle Layers die for the panel, the number 4 is from TE and the ‘th’ is from Avery Elle.

The next one was for our grandson Henry’s 10th birthday…

pam-sparks-henrys-10th-b-day-2016

The sentiment…so fun! I think I’ll stay away from those chompers!

Copic colored again…same Distress ink pad colors for the floor and the hb2u balloon. Some Doodlebug Enamel Dots.

I stamped and hand cut the zero for the ten. eek. It was hard to find the right size but it worked.  hehe

Taylored Expressions Bushel of Blessings and Stamp Joy!

pam-sparks-bushel-of-blessing

It was so fun to get in some Copic coloring again! I used to color all the time but then… dies happened! lol

The September Release is full of beautiful and fun products for Autumn.

The Bushel of Blessings stamp set has a coordinating die set which I used here and the sentiment is from the set too.  I stamped with Versamark ink and heat embossed it with Gold embossing powder. Four beautiful sentiments and three gorgeous pumpkin images in the set.

Fabulous for getting us in the Fall spirit!

I wanted to share that I will be teaching at TE’s Stamp Joy again this year! yay!  If you haven’t signed up yet…we’d LOVE to have you come!

Taylored Expressions September Release Day…

Pam Sparks Build A Cake Thurs

Welcome! Two cards to share…It’s release day, the new products are in the store and we’re celebrating Taylored Expressions 8th birthday with cake!  My post today is featuring The NEW Build a Cake die set. I’ve never been a cake decorator but I felt like one while playing with this new set!  I used pieces from the set and added the 9 from the NEW Candle Numbers die.  I know…it’s TE’s 8th birthday but I was thinking about our granddaughter Gena’s 9th birthday when I made this!  oops! hehe

I added the small rose stamps from the Fresh Florals stamp and die sets.

The Mint Julep card-stock was new awhile back and I wasn’t sure when I’d ever use it!  It’s perfect here though! I now love it! lol

I used some of the new White Nuvo Crystal Drops too…so fun and easy!

My next card…

Pam Sparks Door to Door Fall Decor

I love the TE Door and I love the ‘more’ that Taylor keeps coming up with to make playing with these Door to Door Decor sets so fun and creative!

My card today uses the NEW Door To Door Fall Decor in addition to the original Door to Door set, the Door to Door Molding set and the NEW Little Bits Fall Harvest dies.  So fun!  I die cut the corn stalk from TE Dijon card-stock and colored the green with Copic Sketch Markers. Almost looks real! lol

Pam Sparks Door to Door Fall Close

I put acetate behind the molding to simulate glass in the window areas. Some extra touches here and there with Distress ink and Copic Sketch markers.

The TE Brick Embossing Folder in TE Pumpkin card-stock is perfect for the ‘house’ part of the card.

I’m a happy stamper even though I didn’t use any stamps on either of these cards!  Ink counts!   : )

I’m sharing a card today that I made with two retiring stamp sets and one of the retiring dies…

Pam Sparks All Aboard 7.7.2016

I had so much fun coloring up this adorable train from the All Aboard stamp set! I colored with Copic Sketch Markers and hand cut all the pieces. TIP: I like to cut the images out before I color so there aren’t any white edges left after coloring. I accented here and there with the Extra Fine Point White Sharpie Pen.

Pam Sparks All Aboard 7.7.2016 Close

For the background I die cut one of the Build a Scene Rolling Clouds in white cardstock and layered it on an A2 white card-base. Using the MISTI stamping tool, I stamped the words choo choo from the All Aboard set with TE Premium Dye Granny Smith Ink and the words under the track from the Loads of Fun stamp set with TE Premium Hybrid Oreo ink.

Pam Sparks All Aboard 2 - 7.7.2016

I added the cloud layer to the card-base with a piece of thin white craft foam, glued the track directly to the card and mounted the train pieces with foam mounting squares.

A super fun and cute birthday card!

My second card for today is very CAS (clean and simple) but I loved it. An encouragement card for sure! This time of year with it being so hot, it could even be a card to encourage a friend to keep drinking water! lol

Pam Sparks Keep Chuggin 7.7.2016

I die cut the Train Track Border die in white and colored it to look like wood. The top track pieces are cut in silver metallic cardstock and glued on top. I stamped the sentiments from the All Aboard set with TE Premium Hybrid Oreo ink and the MISTI stamping tool.
