Welcome! Two cards to share…It’s release day, the new products are in the store and we’re celebrating Taylored Expressions 8th birthday with cake! My post today is featuring The NEW Build a Cake die set. I’ve never been a cake decorator but I felt like one while playing with this new set! I used pieces from the set and added the 9 from the NEW Candle Numbers die. I know…it’s TE’s 8th birthday but I was thinking about our granddaughter Gena’s 9th birthday when I made this! oops! hehe
I added the small rose stamps from the Fresh Florals stamp and die sets.
The Mint Julep card-stock was new awhile back and I wasn’t sure when I’d ever use it! It’s perfect here though! I now love it! lol
I used some of the new White Nuvo Crystal Drops too…so fun and easy!

My next card…
I love the TE Door and I love the ‘more’ that Taylor keeps coming up with to make playing with these Door to Door Decor sets so fun and creative!
My card today uses the NEW Door To Door Fall Decor in addition to the original Door to Door set, the Door to Door Molding set and the NEW Little Bits Fall Harvest dies. So fun! I die cut the corn stalk from TE Dijon card-stock and colored the green with Copic Sketch Markers. Almost looks real! lol
I put acetate behind the molding to simulate glass in the window areas. Some extra touches here and there with Distress ink and Copic Sketch markers.
The TE Brick Embossing Folder in TE Pumpkin card-stock is perfect for the ‘house’ part of the card.
I’m a happy stamper even though I didn’t use any stamps on either of these cards! Ink counts! : )

Love both cards. That cake looks especially yummy.
Oh my goodness I LOVE both of these…I have an older door …but love the steps..you think I can make them with building up strips of CS…layering a little larger for each step and pop it with just glue dots?
Excellent as always
Fall is in the air and the fall wreath and foliage is on the door – guess I HAVE to take down my summer stuff and dig out the fallstuff. Today is beautiful here in MO, cool 60’s beautiful day this am for our walk. Oh yes your cards – I’m inspired not only to create but to start fall cleaning – well ok maybe not the cleaning part. Love both of your cards.
Pam these cards are amazing! The build a cake set is so sweet. The details and colors of the cake are so realistic.
Love the door to door fall set as well. Every detail down to the cute squirrel and fallen leaves give such a warm welcome. All the colors are so pretty and screams fall. Great job Pam!
All I can say is WOW, Pam!! AWESOME cards!!

Living in Iowa, the cornstalk fits right in! LOL!! The flowers and small white dots on the cake look amazing! Love the detail you put on your cards. That’s what makes them so awesome!
Awesome cards Pam! You enabled me to place an order! This is the second time that I’ve seen you use that door and I love it and all the different ways to decorate. Maybe the cake and some little bits will be for next month! =0

P.S. That cornstalk does look real!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You definitely have a way with dies my friend! These are both just beautiful! The cake and the soft colors are so pretty, and then that fall one… oh it has me wishing for sweater weather! Thanks for always inspiring me! 🙂
Wow!!! As Always Miss Pam, Love you Fabulous scenes!! Your Simply Elegant and Uber pretty Birhday cake is just Darling! And I love your Fall door to door card.. I really need to stop holding those dies and just do something with them, lol 😉

Oh what great cards Pam! That birthday cake is just too sweet! I’m sure your granddaughter will love it. I love that mint julep paper! It is perfect matched with the pink. I love all the die cuts in the other cards. You are so good with putting die cuts together! Beautiful cards, all three. 🙂
So pretty! Thanks so much for playing along at CCCB!!
Now I adore that yummy looking cake. Those colours are just fantastic.
As for the second card… I have my suspicions as to what that squirrel’s up to!
Great cards as always, Pam x
Ack! Love that cake! So fun to decorate, especially seeing as how I’m no cake decorator, either, but I could probably do this one. The candle numbers are so perfect for kids’ cards, too. Love that you added the roses. So pretty! And your fall doorstep — warm and inviting and gorgeous! Makes me feel like getting out the fall decorations. Gee, today’s post is all about decorating! What fun cards, Pam!
