Happy Saturday everyone! I’m having a lazy day here…but I did manage to get stuff put away after our stamp club card party yesterday! yay! Ready to start again! In the meantime I still have cards to share…so I’ll post some pictures of this one today!

I always love poinsettias but paired with beautiful sentiment stamps and black…swoon!

This is poppystamps NEW Mod Poinsettias and Memory Box NEW Bold Christmas Greetings stamp set…when I saw it, well, I knew I had to have it!

All this white space! oh my! So simply but it does pack a punch doesn’t it! lol

I colored the poinsettias with Copic Sketch Markers – R20, 43 and a teeny bit of 46. I do love R46… I want them to add more in the R40’s!

Oh, I better not forget…the holly branch is from the NEW Memory Box Elegant Holly Double Frame! I’m going to end up using the two branches from this set more than the frames! Remember the wreath I made with the curvy one several posts back? So much potential in that die!

Die cut in white and colored again… I think the greens are G94 with a little bit of G99 in the veins.

One more picture just because I have it and that doily! haha

It was fun to use one of the smaller Memory Box Wrapped Stitch Rectangles set too! It perfectly frames the floral piece.

Hi cardmakers and friends! I’m so honored to be the guest card designer at 52 Christmas Card Throwdown Challenge blog today! I love making cards this time of year and I love receiving them too! I went with a clean and simple take to the challenge sketch! So fun!

I was so tickled to find this die in my stash that so resembled all the circles! So I die cut it 3 times, glued them together so it’d have a frosty, dimensional feel. Cuz brrrrr it’s gonna be cold outside! haha It’s every other day in Iowa…in fact we can have all four seasons in one day! haha No snow yet though!

Shoot me now cuz, grrr, this poppystamps Scribble Snowflake Circle die is a discontinued one. I will link up some other dies below that I think would work nicely for this type of card too! I just kept finding more while looking HERE! More ideas than I can handle! lol

I love the punch of the Robin’s Egg and Candy Necklace Bazzill colors with this NEW Celebrate Jotted Script die from Memory Box. Links below. The pattern paper is a woodgrain that’s available too! yay!

Two cards with the NEW Memory Box Pine Tree Deer Collage…

Hi cardmakers and friends! I got to playing around with dies again mid afternoon yesterday… made one card and another this morning! You know how I love red, white and brown..throw in plaid and I’m a happy cardmaker! lol

I used several dies for these two cards…the only thing different on this first one is the stitched oval I embossed around the Pine Tree Deer Collage.

I die cut the Pine Branch Oval Frame from a 2016 release and glued it to the back of the Pine Tree Deer Collage that’s die cut in a 4.25 x 5.5 inch card front panel.

I taped a 4 x 5 ¼ inch plaid piece of pattern paper to an A2 card base. Then I mounted the top panel to the card base with foam mounting tape. That way it creates a little depth but still mails for one stamp. I will use an A6 size envelope to mail these though.

I die cut the NEW Snowberry Sprigs in white, the NEW Holly Flourish in white and inked it with Distress inks Forest Moss and Mowed Lawn. I had to trim them to fit under the Stitched Oval banner piece. I used a marker to color the berries red, then went over them with a little green so they weren’t stark red.

The beautiful snowflake is from the NEW Pinpoint Snowflake Circle Frame die cut in white. The NEW Peace Cheshire Script die is cut three times from Kraft and glued together, then inked with Gathered Twigs Distress ink. I inked the card edges and the deer with Gathered Twigs ink also.

I don’t have as many pictures for the Teal version… hehe… good thing! lol

Here I used Memory Box Mocha notecards for the card panel and Pumice Stone Distress ink for edging the panels, parts and word.

Fun in non traditional Christmas colors!

Wreath Builder Card and New on my For Sale Page…

Hi everyone… the wreath building craze! Do you love it?! I don’t have the Gina K set but I have the Big Shot Plus die cutting machine so when she came out with the templates I pulled out my squares and die cut some of my own! I know, I know, but hey, that’s what creative people do, right?! So I’ve messed around with it off and on since…tried circles even… I posted one of those some time back.

Anyway, it is a play when you have to figure out what works and what doesn’t work. If you buy her sets… you get immediate satisfaction without all the messing around! lol I linked up to her sets below…

There’s some greenery and fun small pieces in this Hello Bluebird Quiet Christmas stamp set, so I decided that this card hopefully is blog worthy! eek! lol

You have to love the sentiment from the set for sure! I hear you all singing out there…this one goes right a long with our fave brown paper packages tied up with string!

I stamped and die cut three snowflakes and popped them up with mounting tape.

I used Lawn Fawn ink pads again… I really love the colors! This card ended up 4 ⅝ inches square.

I wanted to tell you I added some stamps to my for sale page HERE… Holler if you’re interested in any of them. I have more to sell too, just slow getting them all listed.

Pam Sparks HBB Wildflower Bouquet Wreath 9.25.18

Hi everyone! Here’s one of the wreath cards I made last week just playing around with a stamp and die set from Hello Bluebird.

I used Lawn Fawn stamp pads, stamped and die cut then arranged the pieces into a wreath.

I have more pictures than there are words to talk about today! lol The sentiment is from the HBB Quiet Christmas stamp set.

I used a white gel pen to add the dots and dashes here and there. An A2 size Neenah 110# Solar White card base.

Very simple but I really like it! I hope you do too! 😀 Thanks for stopping by today!
