Hello and good Tuesday to you! Here I am back to share more Christmas inspiration today! When I opened this NEW Memory Box paper pad and saw this plaid…swoon! Then this foiled snowflake in the other NEW pad! So much to love about these new 6×6 pads!
I started die cutting after I had a bit of a plan. Using the A2 Rectangle Frames Die set I cut the papers. I layered the smaller on the larger with the thin mounting tape I love!
I found some matching cardstock (matches better in real life) in the Lagoon and Greenery 6×6 cardstock pads from Memory Box. I heat embossed the sentiment from the NEW Holiday Wishes stamp set. There are two coordinating dies for two of the sentiments included in the set! This is a neat set…sentiments for the front of the card and more sentiments for the inside! I stamped one on the inside but I forgot to take a picture of it! ugh. Go look at the set… I used It’s the most wonderful time of the year on the inside. You can imagine it stamped in black on the white cardbase. lol
I used Bazzill Gold foil cardstock to cut the lantern. I also cut it in white and kept the pieces in place with scor-tape on the back so I could have an ink blended background. I used Iced Spruce Distress Oxide to ink the white. I was happy with the match!
I die cut the NEW Pinecone Duo die twice from a darker green in the Greenery pad.
The pinecones are die cut from a piece of distress ink refill watercolored watercolor paper! I love the variation in color in these watercolor pieces. HERE‘s the video on creating these pieces…
The candle is colored with Copics.
An A2 size card, not too thick and ready to mail!
