Hi everyone! How are you? It’s cooling off here in Iowa and the days have been beautiful! I hope you’re enjoying the Fall where you are too!
My card today reminds me of the fancy ones you get from businesses with all the gold foiling and personalized touches! I was tickled that this came out leaning toward a masculine feeling. Sometimes Tim needs cards for business associates so this one would work great!
I used the NEW Memory Box Woodsy Plaid 6×6 double sided papers pad. Gorgeous designs!
I don’t know why flat photos turn out different colors but the plaid is pretty anyway…somewhere between the colors in the photos! lol
Really straight forward card… die cut the images and sentiment from Bazzill Gold Foil cardstock, HERE… glue the pinecone together… die cut the sentiment backer from one of the blues from the Memory Box Stormy Blue 6×6 cardstock pad.
I used foam mounting tape on the cone and the sentiment.
I forgot to take a picture of the inside but I finished it with a piece of lighter blue from the same Stormy Blue cardstock pad and stamped an image/Wishing you a very Merry Christmas from the Yuletide Moments stamp set… I love this set! Beautiful images for the front and inside of the card!
The gorgeous pearls are new from Starlitstudio! I love having the smaller sizes! Thank you Cindy! She has them in other colors also… HERE… there are so many in the little bottle, it doesn’t look like I used any!
This card is 4 ⅜ in x 6 ¼ in so it will fit in an A7 envelope with room to spare, no corners ruined in mailing.
The pinecone is so pretty… it really catches the light and shows the dimension that Dave designed into the die!
Thank you for stopping by today!
Here’s what I used to make this card…

Just beautiful Pam. Like you said-perfect for guys!! I haven’t done any foiling-just happy to get some plain ole Halloween cards done-ha ha!!!
thank you Rosie! This one is easy… just mirror gold cardstock…Bazzill calls it foil is all. You do such fun Halloween creating!
i LOVE the non-traditional colors of this card. yes, it has a SLIGHT masculine feel but can be used for all certainly! and kudos to you for putting together the 10 pieces of this pinecone! lol!
Thank you Sandy! hehe it was really easy… I laid it on top of the envelope picture as I glued together! It went together fast! I was surprised!
Beautiful card love the gold on the plaid. We are having a lovely fall weather here in Ontario. I see the city is busy putting the up Christmas lights taking advantage of the nice weather.
So gorgeous, very elegant! Like the plaid with your gold!

Beautiful gold with the bit of gold in the paper. The blues are so perfectly coordinated. Really love the sentiment collection, too. Your card is a classic and so elegant, Pam!
