Hi everyone! I’m excited to be sharing two cards I made with a die that Simon Says Stamp sent me to play with from their new release Fluttering By!
Here I combined the NEW Flickering Butterflies die and SSS Sending and Wishing stamp and die sets with Memory Box Devonshire Wreath and Wrapped Stitch Rectangles dies.
I made a Distress Ink smooshed background on watercolor paper, kept it very simple with one color of ink!
Pretty sure it was Peacock Feathers ink and a Memory Box Pool notecard for the card-base
A little thin foam mounting tape cut to fit under the flowers on the wreath and a little black gem in the centers.
Here the Flickering Butterflies took to the forest! Using three pieces of brown textured card-stock I die cut one with SSS Birch Tree Window die and adhered it directly to the white card-base. Next up is the Memory Box Everglade Collage die cut and mounted with thin foam mounting tape. The top piece is cut with the Memory Box Wrapped Stitch Rectangles die and the Woodland Glimpse Collage die. It is mounted on top with thin foam mounting tape also.
I die cut the NEW SSS Flickering Butterflies from a Memory Box Pool notecard and the poppystamps Brush hello is die cut from a Memory Box Sage notecard.
It’s close but this will still go through the mail with one postage stamp! yay! I wish you could see it IRL! 😀
Thanks for stopping by and have fun looking and shopping this fabulous NEW release!

Here’s what I used and thank you so much! Linking to the MB Catalina wreath because SSS doesn’t have the Devonshire right now.
SSS coupon code for $5 off your order is SPR5F until May 1st.
