Printworks Collection Rudolph…

PamSparksPWRudolphClosedFlat

Here’s a jolly Rudolph for you!  I love these flip card dies from Sizzix… easy to decorate with stamps!

PamSparksPWRudolphClosed

It’s always hard to know how to photograph this type of picture.  The card folds completely flat for mailing/storage.  I have the front panel bottom right corner tucked behind the tag to keep it kinda closed but it will stand on it’s own like this.

PamSparksPWRudolphFrontOpen

Here it is in partial ‘flip’ mode!  I should’ve just made a video! lol  There’s Wink of Stella Clear Glitter on his nose and on the area surrounding his nose… hard to see in the photo though.

PamSparksPWRudolphInside

The ‘flip’ side of the front panel… I bet you were expecting ‘let it snow’!  I love this Let it Glow stamp!  Perfect for Rudolph or anything sparkly, pretty and wintery!

Chalkboard Poinsettia jingle!

PamSparksChalkboardPoinsettiaFront

Sleigh bells ring…are you listening…in the lane…snow is glistening… Are you listening to Christmas music yet?  I am!  Love it!   I just had to use the new Jolly Jingle Bells die…love how they look hanging on the Whimsical Flourish die!

PamSparksChalkboardPoinsettiaClose

LOVE the poppystamps poinsettia die…here I layered up two of the largest petals with three of the leaf dies cut in Memory Box Cranberry and Sage card-stocks.  All the Silver card is Coredinations glitter… I’ll link to everything below.

I cut the Hayden Twigs die in silver…cut them apart and stuck them in here and there around the poinsettia.  I cut and added some poppystamps Garden Sprigs  in silver and Memory Box Dill card-stock too.

Memory Box Vintage Christmas Words stamp is heat embossed on MB Licorice card-stock.

I matted the chalkboard piece with my 1/16th inch Perfect Layers Ruler (link in the sidebar or below) and then adhered it to the MB Kraft A-2 size Notecard with ATG tape.  I inked the edges with Walnut Stain Distress ink and the ink blending tool.

Oh,  I did cut the Sideshow Ticket die,  cut and emboss it,  out of MB Parchment card-stock and edged it with Walnut Stain and a little bit of Viva Decor Silver Polish.

NOW for some really SWEET NEWS!!!!  NEW Grandson arrived yesterday @ 1 a.m.!!!   Mom, baby and family doing great!  He’s a doll!  7# 12 oz.  RED hair!  woohoo!   You could say I’ve been sidetracked lately! lol  If you were sitting here with me,  you’d see the completely BARE Christmas tree we purchased Saturday! lol  oh, it’s Wednesday already?!  How to keep up, that is the question! lol

Have a wonderful month and I’ll be around… so thankful for your friendships!  I love talking and sharing with you!  Take care!

Memory Box and poppystamps…

PamSparksGingerbreadHouseLanternOpen

Gingerbread kisses and Christmas wishes coming to you today from the ladies and gents in my sweet two story house!   Let’s see… where to start!  The actual house is the poppystamps Madison die set.  About half way through creating this, I decided it needed something on top!  So I added the poppystamps Country Fence. Woohoo!  Love it up there!

I aged everything with touches of Walnut Stain Distress ink  and the ink blending tool.  Then the roof and lights have a touch of the new White Wink of Stella Brush marker…awesome markers!!!  So fun!

PamSparksGingerbreadHouseLanternClose

I used the Memory Box Festive Lights die for the roof line and the poppystamps Sparkling Tree lights die (trimmed) on the Memory Box Bare Sapling die.

The windows just weren’t complete without curtains!  So what to do… the Memory Box mini Scallop Border die, run through the mini quilling crimper… perfect!  Looking for links and I don’t see this die…sorry about that, I didn’t realize it wasn’t available anymore.  I don’t have a link for the crimper either… you can see it here though…it’s very cool.  Hopefully you can find one.

The heart and frame are from the Memory Box Holiday Goodie Border die, the gingerbread ladies and gents are from the Memory Box A Batch of Gingerbread die.  I used the poppystamps small Garden Sprig with the heart on the door and for the bushes.

I scored the card-stock to make it look like siding, with the mini Martha Stewart scoreboard at ⅛ in. increments.  The regular size Martha Stewart scoreboard would work too.

First I used White Enamel Accents from Ranger on the lights.  I really liked the dimension it created but no sparkle.  So I put Frosted Lace stickles over it…that didn’t work…no glittery look…don’t have a clue why!  So when I brushed on the White Wink of Stella glitter marker on the roof, I went ahead and hit the lights a bit too.

PamSparksGingerbreadHouseLanternFront

That concludes the saga of my Gingerbread house! : )

I’m also posting on the Memory Box blog today!  Might as well make this post go on forever!  NOT! lol

Are you all busy this week or something?!  I know…Thanksgiving is coming too fast!

PamSparksLanternHollyFrame

I had to make something pretty too! This Memory Box Holly Holiday Frame embosses so beautifully!  I used the MB Elyse tree for the branch, the Bright Lanterns for the lantern and candle, the banner from the Mansfield Frame set and part of a poppystamps sentiment stamp, heat embossed in detail gold.

PamSparksLanternHollyFrameClose

Those are red pearls on the frame…not sure why they aren’t showing up red!  oh well!

Memory Box Winter CAS card…

pamsparkspeacefulpineredbirdfront

Peaceful wishes to you as we prepare for another Christmas season!  So many things to be thankful for… Thanksgiving and Christmas go hand in hand!   Although my husband reminds me how hard it is to stay peaceful and calm in the hustle and bustle of the Christmas season!

My card today uses Memory Box stamps and dies, some glitter papers and the new Dark Green  and Red Wink of Stella Glittler Brush markers… I’ll link to them below…

Here’s a close up of how I layered up three trees…very easy… a few dots of glue down the trunk after cutting out of Memory Box Dill cardstock and brushing on the Dark Green Wink of Stella glitter.  I cut the Resting Birds die out of Memory Box cranberry cardstock and colored it with the Red Wink of Stella glitter brush pen.

I purchased the white glitter card-stock at my area stamp store…holler if you want their phone # to send it to you,  I can’t find it to link to.  Otherwise, Cindy has some spot glitter card-stock HERE.

pamsparkspeacefulpineredbird

My first photo before I thought to add the red bird, had more sparkle showing… the sun is in and out today!

Memory Box Elyse Tree and the Holiday Online Card Class…

PamSparksElyseTreeFront

oh boo… should’ve put a partridge and a pear in the tree!  I was planning on putting a bird in the tree but I forgot when I started thinking the swirls looked like snow and then the snowflakes landed on there instead! haha!  I forgot to use the white Wink of Stella Glitter Brush pen on the snowflakes!  I’m going to add that!

I used the pretty Elyse tree die from Memory Box, HERE and mounted it on a piece of card-stock I just cut with the paper cutter.  The background is a Hero Arts stamp.  I stamped it with Clearsnap’s Frost White pigment ink on Desert Storm card-stock.

PamSparksElyseTreeTop

The sentiment stamps are from Papertrey Ink.  I cut a strip ¾ inch wide, stamped with Onyx Black Versafine ink and trimmed the ends to make the banner.  The teeny flake is an old Fiskars 3 different corners snowflake punch.

Clever way to do the sentiment on a Z-fold card… so why did it take two pieces of card-stock to get the background stamped?! lol  I was close to changing the plan and using pattern paper! lol

PamSparksElyseTreeSquare

The Holiday Card Class is fun, simply because it’s out of the ordinary of what I usually do!  More than likely you will get a break tomorrow…no post from Pam!  Friday I hope to be back with a Magnolia Christmas card for Tilda’s Town challenges.

Happy stamping to you!  Thanks for looking and talk to you later!
