5 Memory Box Die Cards….

I’ve been working on cards!  This is a long post so keep scrolling!

I wanted to make something cool with this NEW Leafy Tree die… it looks Summery anyway!  I also used the NEW Double Stitch Rectangle Cut Out die set… I like it a lot!  I die cut the Leafty Tree Frame in TE Peapod cardstock and colored the tree trunk with a dark brown Copic Sketch Marker!  It covers the green really well!

The sentiment is from the NEW poppystamps Greeting Basics clear stamp set.  So many good sentiments in this set.  I’m going to get a lot of use out of it.

I love how the leaves can be embossed with this Leafy Tree Frame die and then inked with a little stamp pad ink.  I used TE Peapod ink to match the cardstock. The background is Tumbled Glass Oxide ink brushed on to a Toffee/kraft piece of cardstock…same as the card front. I like the look it gave as compared to using it on white.

The next card…same dies… but I cut the Leafy Tree Frame in Brown, then in a scrap of green and trimmed off the frame and trunk parts..

Sentiment from the same poppystamps set…

Next I played with the NEW Birthday Cursive Script Circle…

This card is greener IRL… the pictures turned out more blue… it looks ‘beachy’ here! lol  I think I might have to switch back to east windows for Summer pictures.

I used the NEW Stylish Rectangle Trio die and the NEW Birthday Cursive Script Circle for this card and inlaid them both in the card panel that I pieced together with three Bazzill Card Shoppe cardstocks, HERE

The happy die was new last year… then some enamel dots and why did this card take me hours! lol   I guess that’s pretty normal around here. lol

Next two cards I used the same Birthday circle die, just cut it out from the frame but one is the NEW pattern paper pad Garden Folly, HERE and the other TE cardstocks.  I used the NEW Scribble Rose Trio and Background die also.

I’m not sure about these colors at all!  I debated even showing the card! lol  But here it goes.

I used TE Dijon and Peapod cardstocks and ink pads  I know…interesting! lol  Taylored Expressions has been so good to tell us what Copic markers match their ink pads and cardstock too!  So I colored the die cut with matching Copics!

Oh, I used the NEW Gracious Leaves 3D Embossing folder too!  It’s really pretty made up and inked for accent.

This card I cut a circle from the embossed panel and mounted it to the card base with foam mounting tape.  The Rose Trio die is recessed a little then… I really like how it looks. The word ‘wishes’ is from the  Big and Little Words clear stamp set

I’m gonna stop now before your eyes cross from this crazy variety of cards! lol

Thank you so much for stopping by and scrolling forever!  I appreciate it and hope I made you smile!

Now for the products I used to make these cards…some of them anyway!

  1. Gorgeous cards, Pam. Glad you didn’t ask us to pick a favorite!! Been busy sewing masks, but hope to get back to my cards. You have inspired me. Blades up!

  2. Oh Pam these are just great! I am so far behind in my card making! I think I’m missing my mojo! I need to get going as I have so many summer birthdays! Just too many! Thanks for sharing all your cards!

  3. Beautiful cards. I am anxious to get back to making a few cards. Our DIL and grand daughters will leave on Sunday-and after a resting up period (ha ha) I hope to get busy!!

  4. Wow, Pam! I love every single one of these cards and you even had me over at Cindy’s looking at the dies. See how you are? Seriously, though, that just tells you how smitten I am. Amazing how that DP and rose die look together. I love the other rose card, too. And, ohhhh, that embossing folder! This was fun! Thanks for sharing ALL of them!

  5. Pam each one is incredible – I am so inspired…and absolutely adore how that patterned paper goes with that die!!!! All so lovely!!!

  6. All five cards are fabulous, Pam! The Double Stitch Rectangle frames the summery leafy tree perfectly. The stylish rectangle and the enamel dots make the birthday card look so fun! The two rose cards have a completely different atmosphere even though you used the same dies and layout. Wonderful showcase of the new release!
