Hi everyone! I’ve been coloring with Distress ink refills and water again. So fun… I stamped on watercolor paper…MB has watercolor paper now and I keep forgetting to use it! I have to remember!
I die cut with the coordinating die… then I partial cut into the front of my card base so it’d be a shape card of sorts!
Here’s a look at the inside so you can see.
I stamped the Happy Birthday from the new poppystamps Friendship and Kindness stamp set. This happy birthday is part of a larger sentiment but I cut it apart. just make one cut and so you can fit them back together precisely.
I love how this looks in real life when you open it.
I used Peeled Paint and a teeny bit of Pine Needles, Milled Lavender and a teeny bit of Dusty Concord, Victorian Velvet is the pink, Antique Linen and Vintage Photo for the roses and berries.
I spattered with gold paint. The cardstock is Taylored Expressions Pink Champagne… I’ll link it up below.
An A7 size card that’s light and flat and will mail for one stamp! YAY!
Thank you for stopping by today! Happy stamp shopping… so many NEW good ones to color! Beautiful dies, embossing folders, washi tape and pattern paper too! oh my! hehe
Here’s what I used to make this card…

Oh Pam this is stunning!! I love the color you used for the roses! They look very vintage and just gorgeous! The special die cutting really takes it up a notch too! Beautiful!!
Pretty color combinations. AND you color so beautifully.
Beautiful, lovely water coloring!
Amazing! Beautiful image and coloring, perfectly made partial die cut front — too wonderful for words
This is beautiful Pam. I love the colors. I am itching to make some floral cards-but can’t get to it right now. Having fun with our girls. We went over to our nephew’s last night (first time around some other family) for a swim party. Their girls are the same age as our grand daughters and they hit it off and had so much fun swimming!
Oh Pam – the soft colors – the amazing cut-out card front…and oh the gold splatter!!! It’s incredible!! Oh you talented lady – I must go make those antique roses!!!!
Oh, my goodness! More gorgeous Memory Box stamps? Love how you colored this! And the cut away front… WOW! I’ve always wanted to do that on a card, but never had the right stuff. Amazing!
Wowzers! This is a serious show stopper! Almost (key word almost) makes me wanna have another birthday this year! Beautiful card! Someone will be thrilled to open their mailbox and find this work of art!
