Hi everyone! Back today with two Christmas cards. New Memory Box and poppystamps dies. I love the nature-ish theme of both of these cards. Kinda unusual colors. Wish you could see them IRL!
I started out with a 4 ¼ in. x 5 ½ in. panel of kraft card-stock and cut the largest layer of the Spectacular Joy die set in it. I inked it a little with Distress Forest Moss and the ink blending tool. The next size smaller Joy is die cut from a piece of Memory Box Cranberry notecard. The detail Joy die is cut in metallic gold card-stock.
The kraft panel is mounted with foam adhesive tape to an A2 kraft card-base. Then the JOY words are glued in the die cut JOY hole.
The Pine Needle Clearing die is cut from another kraft panel and inked with Peeled Paint and Forest Moss Distress inks and the ink blending tools. I used one half a sheet of copy paper to shim while cutting this Pine Needle die… cut blades up and angle a bit and success!.
Mounting foam tape on the back of this panel too and adhered on top of the JOY panel. I used the Scotch foam adhesive tape because it is pretty thin, it’ll be in the links below.
That JOY piece that I cut out of the first kraft panel? I used that as a mask when I spattered the gold spray on. Because of course I didn’t think to do that until after I was done. ugh. lol
I die cut the largest Pointed Rectangle Frames die from Memory Box Cranberry card-stock and glued it on top of the Pine Needle Clearing panel.
The Holly Twig die is cut twice from kraft card-stock and colored with Copic Sketch markers. I love this Holly Twig die, pretty made up to match any style.

Next up…
The Dancing Snowflake Oval die cut and embossed in white card-stock and layered over the top of the Tall Pine Oval that is die cut from a Parsley notecard. (I die cut the Tall Pine Oval in white too, left the little pieces in it so when I glued the Parsley cut over the top, it looked like snow in the holes) I did use strips of the Scotch foam mounting tape behind the Snowflake so there’d be just a hint of lift.
I die cut the largest Wrapped Stitch Rectangle die from a Pool note-card, then taped it to a full Pool note-card.
I stamped one of the clear stamps from the Poinsettia Surprise Clear stamp set in the corners with Lawn Fawn Merman ink using the MISTI stamping tool.

I glued on some Pretty Pink Posh clear sequins and the sentiment die Warm Winter Wishes. It’s two layers of white glued together and a few pieces of foam mounting tape cut thin on the back in a few of the wider places.
Then I sprayed the whole thing with Frosted Sheer Shimmer Spritz. It’s really easy to see IRL. Hopefully this next picture shows it well. All my photos enlarge if you click on them.
