Simon Says Stamp SUPERSTAMPtember 2024 Celebration Cards…

So happy to be here today to share cards I made with the Simon Says Stamp and Memory Box Collaboration stamp set!  It’s so cute and I loved working with it!  I ended up with 3 cards!  * This is a limited edition set and only available while supplies last!!!

I stamped the images with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Hammermill cardstock and colored with Copic Sketch Markers.  A little white gel pen and black glaze pen on the Nordic snowgirl’s eyes.

I ink blended some Faded Jeans Distress ink onto the background of a white A2 size cardbase and randomly stamped some of the snowflake from the set in the same ink.  I stamped off on a scrap piece of paper first so the snowflakes wouldn’t be too dark.

I stamped the sentiment directly onto the cardbase. Then mounted the colored images with thin mounting tape to the cardbase.

Tied on some Peppermint twine because it adds a little cuteness! lol

Next is the cute little Nordic Winter penguin!

I die cut The Snowflake Hexagon twice, glued them together, then figured out where I wanted to stamp the sentiment.  I used the MISTI stamping tool.  Stamped it in Versafine Onyx Black.

I mounted the Hexagon with thin mounting tape to the A2 size cardbase, then mounted the penguin in the center with thin mounting tape.

Last card I stamped with the Poinsettia border that comes in the set.  I wasn’t sure where I was going with this but I’m really happy with how it turned out!

I used a piece of vellum over the background to make the Merry Christmas stand out and I love the peppermint twine with it again!

I swiped the Red Geranium ink pad over white cardstock and then die cut the Merry Christmas Wave die from that.  I used scor-tape on the back side of the die so I could easy layer in the white letters, then stuck it to the solid die backer. Fun!

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Holler if you have any questions, I’m sure I forgot something.

  1. I love the penguin and snowflake cards; making the snowflake die image as a total background was a very clever and easy technique (I was thinking otherwise when I first saw it!). Thanks so much for creating and sharing.

  2. Fabulous collection of Christmas cards, beautiful coloring, like the background that sets the stage for your first card, the snow flake and penguin is adorable, and the third one is very striking, I like the vellum overlay-elegant!

  3. Cuteness abounds, Pam! Gosh, I love them all. Maybe the second card is a favorite, but depends on the day. I just love how precisely you placed the sentiment, and the dark center really sets off the colorful penguin. I never would have guessed the snowflake border was a border. Again, perfect placement to make a whole background. Three more for Christmas! Wish I was doing as well, sheesh.

  4. Pam these are INCREDIBLE! Love each one – I don’t think I could pick a favorite. Love this stamp set with Memory Box!

I love hearing from you! Thank YOU!
