The WINNER IS…. NEW Memory Box Gloriette Snowflake Collage Card

Congratulations Nancee!  Email me your address and I’ll get this in the mail to you! ❤

So a month or so ago, on a Saturday afternoon, I made a bunch of backgrounds on watercolor paper following Jill Foster’s tutorial video!  It was so much fun!  I ended up with 35 pieces this size!!!  I know, you’re laughing at me but it was so fun!  I’m using two for the first time today!  I need to use them so I can make some more!

The New Memory Box Gloriette Snowflake Collage die is great fun too!  Just wow, so many variations you can come up with using the two dies that come in this envelope!

Top picture is what I did first, then I had leftover pieces and instead of making another card at the time I glued them together and made another snowflake which could be a tree ornament or a tag but to show you how it looks on a card I took a picture of it inserted into this card!

Really pretty both ways!  I love this set!

So then I needed to fill in a little bit so I die cut the NEW Memory Box Starburst Snowflake Discs and just used the snowflakes from the cuts and glued them directly to the card front.

What’s a card without words?  Is it still a card? hoho  I wanted words so I die cut the NEW Memory Box Merry Christmas Curled Script die three times and glued them together.  I love it!  I love that the dot for the i is on the flourish of the capital M!  I’m always losing those little dots!   I lost an exclamation mark clear stamp this week.  So crazy! lol

I’m really tickled that I actually stamped inside this card and even stamped the back with my name stamp!  Normally I wait until the last minute then I’m hurrying but I wanted to use this NEW Memory Box Sweet Christmas stamp set because it matches the font of the Merry Christmas die on the front!  It’s a beautiful sentiment set!  I always love a match too!

See?  Isn’t that pretty! Many more to choose from too.

ok – I’m gonna quit talking now and get links made and try to get out of the house for a bit this afternoon!  It’s so beautiful out! Sun is shining and I love the cooler temps!  🙂

Have a beautiful weekend and enjoy Cardmaking day tomorrow or whatever it’s called. hehe

  1. Beautiful cards Pam! I love the background! I just may have to check this out! I love those snowflake dies! They are gorgeous! I love how you “inlaid” one on the front. Beautiful! I can’t believe I won! Thank you! I’m a little behind in my card making due to “Ian” not being very co-operative and spewing wind and rain our way. So glad we missed the brunt of the storm and sending prayers to our fellow Floridians who did not have a very good visit from Ian. We’ve been through our first hurricane now….not a pleasant thing. Hopefully it is many years before we feel any effects from another hurricane!

  2. Congrats to Nancee! Stay safe, as it sounds you might be in Florida. Pam love the colors you chose here and also love the 2-for-1’s!!

  3. There you go again! How pretty this is with the background and pretty green! I’ll bet your pile of backgrounds is a gorgeous sight to see. How fun! Congratulations to Nancee on her win!

  4. I am a sucker for snowflakes! This card is beautiful!! I love the greens too! If I ever get my Halloween cards done-this will be next!!!
