Good morning! The weather outside was frightful yesterday! lol I didn’t blow away so I’ve got some tags to share!
I LOVE this new alphabet die set from Memory Box…here I used the main letters, die cut in the tag and inlaid the white die letters in the tag then. I used scor-tape on the back of the tag to hold them in and another tag so the back looks nice.
I used Sizzix Sticky Sheet Grid to line up the dies for die cutting.
Here’s what they look like if you use both the main letter and the backer piece.
I had fun! I wanted to make the light bulbs more colorful but I made them to match the wrapping paper I have.
I had to paint the beads but it wasn’t a big deal… I used skewers and toothpicks! Acrylic paint dries fast.
Lawn Fawn’s light bulb die set worked perfect for me.
So fun! I love doing stuff like this!
I used Taylored Expressions cardstocks…
Hemp twine to tie on the beads… black eyelets in the holes.
I glued the electrical wire on and used mounting tape to mount the bulbs.
Thank you for stopping by today! I hope you’re having fun making too… it’s down to the wire! Tomorrow is the homeschool Christmas party my granddaughters and I are doing tag make and takes for. We have six different tags ready…25 of each. Probably too many. lol Fun! Fun!
Here’s what I used to make these tags…

These are very cute Pam!! I love the inlaid letters. Can’t beat black and white to really show off with!!! So glad none of us blew away. For a while there I was wishing we had bought a generator-just in case!!!
You are so inspiring Pam, your creativity is never ending. Your grandkids are so lucky, what fun they must have had, love your tags!
Oooh, these are cute! Those skinny letters could make me crazy, but inlay is a good option. You’re so clever!
