Peace… we talk about it so much at Christmas but I couldn’t help but think of it today, being 9/11. I truly don’t see it ever being humanly possible because of fallen man but peace in your soul works for me. My daughter just shared this with us and it spoke to me too!
I hope I remember this quote!
Some more about this card…The NEW Memory Box Holiday Lamp Post Frame die…So beautiful! I tucked in the NEW poppystamps Tree Line Hill behind it… so versatile. I die cut two of the Lamp Post Frame…green and white. Cut the white one apart so I could adjust the white to show a wee bit behind the green. Then I went ahead and glued the rest of the white circle behind for the extra dimension…why waste the cut you know! *smile*
The little red bird is from the NEW Memory Box Delicate Pine Frame die. Cut in white and colored with a Copic R46 marker. A little yellow on the lamp post glass too. (I think these little birds are going to show up a lot around here! lol)
I die cut the NEW Memory Box Peace Cheshire Script die 3 times and glued them together and then glued it to a strip of white cardstock that I mounted over the snowflake from the NEW Pinpoint Snowflake Circle Frame die. It’s a beauty!
Another shot of it… I must say I love this card and hope you do too! lol It’s an A2 size and will mail for one postage stamp.
TIP: I’ve been mailing my A2 size cards in A6 envelopes. I think they hold up better traveling in that larger size, the corners don’t get bent going through the machine and from being dropped. Still only one stamp to go!
I have another card to share with the NEW Memory Box Pinpoint Snowflake Circle Frame but I used the square frame from the New Memory Box Holiday Lamp Post Frame die too. These sets all mix and match beautifully!
A simple 4 ¼ inch square card. Easy to mail for one stamp in an A2 or A6 envelope.
Here’s the peace word die again too…a silver foil cut on top of two white cardstock cuts… glued together and then glued to the card. I did mount the circle with Scotch foam mounting tape.
IRL these cards are a little more blue-ish…
Thank you for stopping by today and sharing a little ‘peace’ with me. Take care.

Wow! These are so pretty! I love the first card. I’ve stared at it for a long time, trying to figure out how I could make 150 of these for Christmas this year. Not sure it’s possible, but would love to try! Beautifully done, Ms. Pam!!! As always! I leave tomorrow for 12 days in flood country. Going to don my Grandma hat again. I’ll be stalking you from DC! Hugs…
Your cards are lovely. I especially like the lamp card. Regarding peace: my personal belief is that until we seek the peace that God offers through Jesus’ death and resurrection and become changed people (one by one), the peace you spoke of here will never happen. And, God has left it up to those of us who know that to reach out with His love and peace so others might know His love and peace. (I’m sorry if that’s too much of a soap box comment. But I really do believe it.)
These are so special. Thank you.
Two beautiful Christmas cards Pam. My favourite would be the first one with the lamp and little red bird x
Pam, your cards are stunning! Love them both especially how you created the first card! I need these dies, off to purchase. Thanks for sharing!
Love the quote Pam, and loving these cards!! Both are absolutely stunning – showing once again your incredible talents and your amazing ability to combine craft dies in ways that result in beautiful pieces of art!!
Both cards are beautiful. Love your quote.
Your scene is just beautiful, love how you put the sentiment over the snowflake
So beautiful Pam…ha! I see the reflection of the lamppost…also looks like the lamp part is 3-D very nice. Did you pop up that part more than the post. Very well done. Love the verse also.
Loved both of your cards, especially the lamppost one. It’s so pretty and festive. I’m just amazed at how you put different dies with other dies to make a card. Genius!!! Using the word peace on 9/11 was so appropriate.
Oh My Goodness Pam!! That first one took my breathe away!!!!! Just the right amount of green!! Oh I Love It So Much!!
Everything fits together so beautifully. All the parts are just perfect together, which just goes to show you really need it all. You mention fallen man… I’m sure feeling the effects of that lately when I look around or watch the news. I can’t even get started. I just got the Peace die and really love how you used it on the first card.
Oh Pam, these are so pretty! I love these dies! So intricate! I love them. 😀
