Hi everyone! It was a really nice Thanksgiving here yesterday! Beautiful weather today too! Yay! A good day to be shopping. haha True my snow guy would melt here!
A little pattern paper play on my jolly marshmallow dude today. Otherwise he’s all card-stock and won’t melt!
The new Deep Edge dies will cut up to 6 layers of fabric at once if you like changing up your die cutting from paper! WOW! Super fun! Here’s a video by Dave, Memory Box owner showing how to use these dies with fabric and card-stock.
I used the largest rectangle from the new Wrapped Scalloped Rectangles die set too.
This cute snowman comes with a die that cuts 5 snowballs too… so I stuck one in his hand but you could make a fort if you wanted to! lol I used some Nuvo Fresh Snowfall to glam it up.
My next card is made with the new Wintry Snowflakes Deep Edge die set.
I die cut all the flakes and because they aren’t solid metal you can emboss them to get more dimension! I love that! So I just cut them in white and glued them (just in the centers) to a white card-base.
I wanted to keep it CAS looking so I just die cut the poppystamps Spectacular Joy die set in Silver and Gold metallic card-stock. Just enough dimension to embellish these flakes!
Some skinny gold card tied across the top and the front is done! A Clean and Simple card to wish you all the joys of the season!
Links below and a little shopping info. Happy Plaid Friday! (that’s what the shops uptown here are calling it!) lol Thanks so much for visiting and clicking through my links! I appreciate it so much!

Oh WOW Pam!! I love how you used this guy with these papers!!! Both absolutely awesome cards as always – had no idea these cut through six layers of fabric – love these Pam!!
Loving the marshmallow snow man – and yes he would surely melt here today – 72 was our high. Love the joy and the snow flakes as well – but the snowman won my heart.
oh my goodness, pam, that little snowman dressed up in plaid is too cute!! and the second card is very elegant covered in pretty snowflakes!
Both of your cards are darling. Love the snowman the most as I am a snowman person. I bought the Deep Edge birds. Didn’t realize it cut 6 layers of fabric. Good info to know. Had a great Thanksgiving and now starting the gift buying. Have already made over 80 Christmas cards and need to get them in the mail. Still will have to send out another 40 which will be store bought. Looking forward to all your cards as usual.
LOVE your cards…that snowman is just over the top cute.
That little guy is just too cute all dressed up in his plaid!! That combo of the sliver and gold cardstock for the sentiment in the second is so cool, great elegant touch!
Wow! These are so cool with all their texture and dimension! The marshmallow snowman really melts my heart. Just give me cute and I’m happy!
This is so cute. Loved them both.
Your snowman is so sweet, and I love your Nuvo on the snowball — really sets it off! Then that pop of gold and silver overtop the white on white is just gorgeous!
Oh what great cards Pam! Love them both! Love that silver and gold metallic paper! 🙂
Fab cards! Love the darling snowman card! And, gorgeous white and gold card with lovely snowflakes…so pretty!
Awwww, I love your adorable snowman, Pam, so cute with his plaid hat and scarf. I also love your beautiful sentiment on your second card. I never saw a 3-tiered sentiment before. Stunning!
