Valentines….

I saw these digital images at Whimsie Doodles and thought they’d be fun to create the grandkids Valentines with!

I have to say it again… doesn’t she just make you smile SO BIG!  = )))))

Just have a thing about glasses!  I added the hearts to the lenses below…then covered them with glossy accents. (the hearts were punched with an old border punch)

Pattern Papers are from Hobby Lobby… Nestabilities dies for the circle shapes.

And this one sums it all up!

I used this new stamp for Valentines day on the inside …

and this one on the back with  G-ma Pam 2012 under it…

Twelve Valentines in the mail!  YEA!  I didn’t get Christmas cards made the last couple years for them,  so I was determined to send Valentines!  Very Fun!  Thanks for stopping by and Happy Valentine creating to  you!

Valentine stamp candy and some cards…

Here’s some Valentines I came up with today… tomorrow is stamp club and we’re swapping simple Valentines.  ok – I tried!  I love the Printworks new heart stamp, sentiments and Holly Berry Red stamp pad!

The twine I used is from Doodlebug…it’s called Valentine!

The Row of Hearts is a new stamp from Printworks and the LOVE stamp is from them also but an older one.  I stamped the hearts with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Copic Sketch markers… R27 and R83.  There’s that twine again!  Oh,  I embossed lines above and below the hearts also.

Some more new stamps from Printworks!  Love that cupcake.. the sentiment and the little flower heart growing up between the scallops!  I’m linking this card up to the Clean and Simple Stamping Challenge Blog – a sketch and you’re to have a repeated element on the card more than three times.  I got carried away adding stuff to the circles…ugh! lol   EK Success border punch.

Now for the Valentine stamp candy… link up below and inlinkz will pick a winner (random) and these four stamps will be on the way to your collection!  Printworks sent me doubles of these four so I emailed Nicole and asked if I could give them away and she said, “yes”!

the cupcake                                                                                                      heart posey

I love you                                                                                                      always

Marianne Design Winter Scene and Perfect Layers rulers/tools video…

Meet Ice Skating Don!  Isn’t he the coolest…just gliding along without a care in the world!  This is going to be a birthday card so that’s why I used the number paper from one of the newer My Minds Eye 6×6 paper pads.  Can you keep up with paper pads these days?  eek!  as soon as I get what I think is new, there are a bunch more new ones out!  I can’t keep up with them all and I’m gonna have to wallpaper the outhouse with them! lol NOT! lol

I forgot to take a photo of the tag… it says “Love you much” and it’s from Printworks new Love/Valentine release… I’ll link it up below too.

The fence (super cute bird and birdhouse too) and tree are new dies from Marianne Design and the ice skater is new from Marianne Design’s Don and Daisy clear stamp line!  They are so fun!  You’ll be seeing more of them from me!  Don is stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Copic Sketch markers.  Hair – E30, 23, 25, 27, 29,  Skin – E000, 00, 21 and R20,  Head wrap and sweater – Y21, 26, 28, Scarf and Leg Warmers – BG70,72,75,  Jeans – B90’s. The tree is the one I stamped in this video HERE.

Everything is edged with Antique Linen and Walnut Stain Distress ink using the ink blending tools.

Linking up to the Papertake Weekly challenge blog…anything goes with an option of adding a heart/hearts… I have a little one on the tag!  yea!

Here’s a video of this card… I’m showing how I use the Perfect Layers rulers/tools!  Email me if you have any questions… I really love these!
