Cute or what?!!! This pup has the right idea for staying cool this Summer!

Simon Says Stamps sent me this super cute stamp set to create with from their new release Good Vibes. So I set to Copic coloring!

The name of this set is Summer Cuddly Critters, you can check it out HERE.

I just had to grab the mirror silver cardstock for the ‘shades’. So funny… when you hold the card up, you can see yourself in them, just like the real thing!

Super easy card really… a Lawn Fawn Stitched sun die… the MFT Beach die set and the Memory Box Wrapped Stitch Rectangle die that I love to use!

I stamped in the MISTI with Ranger Archival black ink for the sentiments and Memento Tuxedo Black for the images I colored.

Memory Box Riverbank Oval and poppystamps Best Wishes Folksy Script…

Hi everyone! Happy Father’s Day to your families!

A masculine card to share with you today from the new MB/ps release. A panel of plaid paper…some textured cardstock to coordinate… the NEW Riverbank Oval die…cut first and then I put it in the Stitched Oval Layers die to run it through the machine again to get the stitch lines on it! It’s a neat die either way but you know me… use as many dies as you can on a card Pam! haha

I die cut the NEW Best Wishes Folksy Script die in tan cardstock 3 times and glued them together…it’s nice when there’s wide spaces to put the glue. I don’t put glue on every area.

I love the PVA glue Cindy sells. I put it in the Ultrafine tip bottles with the pin top for this. (links below) Tombow Mono Multi comes in 2nd place right now! I can’t give it up completely yet! hehe

So glad for a day to recognize Father’s. My dad added so much to my life… so many good memories…a great man of God. Thankful for the wonderful Father my husband is to our daughter’s too, Happy Dad’s day Tim!

Embossing Paste With a Stencil…

Celebrate! Hello everyone! I watched a video by Shauna from the Foiled Fox and loved her cards. I don’t have the same things but I want the stencil she used too! lol Her cards are so pretty…I just had to make some! The theme for this months swap at stamp club was anniversary so I had added incentive to make!

I used a Memory Box stencil and had to tape off some of it like she did, so go through your collection and be amazed at what you come up with… like I was!

I won’t explain much because her video tells easier than I can write it up…

I’m really happy with my two cards… already used this gold one (for the card swap)! I used gold glitter embossing powder from Judikins.

The celebrate die is from birchpressdesigns.

The next card is the same technique but using Silver glitter embossing powder…

I wish you could see them IRL…so pretty!

This one I used a Simon Says stamp die and stamp set for the sentiment.

Memory Box Cheery Flower Collage Meets Carta Bella Spring Market…

Hi everyone! I was inspired to join in the fun at CAS(e) This Sketch card challenge. I loved the sketch and the inspiration from the team.

So I headed from my computer/library room, down to the other end of the hall to my stamp room and got to work… somewhere between the rooms, I guess my brain didn’t quite remember the sketch exactly. Glad this isn’t a test! lol

I had fun using this die again and this fun 6×6 paper pad that is new to me this Spring.

I copic colored the flowers, leaves and stems, added a little bit of white gel pen and yellow dots in the flower centers.

I used mounting tape to layer up the top panel that I die cut a circle out of with the Memory Box Circle Basics die set.

Then I thought, add a border and this new poppystamps Pierced Borders die was delighted to be used again! The paper and border remind me of the old Susan Branch stamp and paper lines from years ago.

Just enough dimension to add interest but still be A2 size and mailable. I had to tie on some kraft twine…sometimes it just calls to me. lol

The longest part of making the card was deciding what sheets of paper to use from the pad! lol I changed my mind a few times. 😀

Birch Press Design Viva Layer Die Set Card…

Hi friends and cardmakers! It’s a big day… it’s Friday and I’m celebrating that I get to write a blog post, finish a couple birthday cards and go to stamp club this afternoon! I can’t believe another month has rolled around though!

I had fun making this card a few weeks ago and almost forgot to post it! Crazy me!

So when you have little die cut dots all over your work surface what do you do? Paper crafters make a background of course! haha

I love these colors together but I need to tell you, that is dark brown as in chocolate! lol Not black. Dark brown always looks black in photos to me. Naughty child! haha I used Memory Box Pool, Meadow, Vanilla Bean, white and kraft notecards for this card.

I love working with dies and these layering ones are so fun…kinda like people! No two alike! Just keep cutting and playing with layering them together.

This Viva Layer Die set is three large intricate dies! I think this one will be gorgeous made up as ornaments for Christmas!
