Hi everyone! We’ll start with food Whittles! lol There are so many of these cute little dies! I need a two week series! (not just two days) lol Christmas is coming though! I’m getting anxious to see what Memory Box/poppystamps/Birchpress Designs will have for us!
My three cards today are a 4 bar size, 3 ⅜ in x 4 ⅞ in. I love this smaller size for the Whittle dies!
We’re a taco lovin’ family so I had to use the sentiments in the Life is Sweet stamp set. “You guac my world” ! The Happy Birthday from the new Marzipan Greetings stamp set and dies ended up being the tomato! lol Time for lunch! haha I love the play on words though! So FUN!
I used one of the Memory Box Double Stitch Rectangle Cut Out dies to make the center frame. I used two greens from the Memory Box Lush Green 6×6 cardstock pad.
Whittle Avocado and Whittle Taco and Nacho cuts from the Memory Box cardstock 6×6 pads also, Sunny Orange and Lush Green.
I used a pink Copic marker for cheeks and white gel pen for accents. A yummy birthday card! lol
Next….”Heres the scoop” Sentiments from the same Life is Sweet stamp set.
I kept this one CAS, clean and simple. I cut off the tail of the word balloon from the poppystamps Word Balloons die set… I’m using this die a lot!
Stamped it with the sentiment from Life is Sweet in coffee Ranger Archival ink and inked the edges with Distress Gathered Twigs ink and a mini ink blending tool. This ink and tool are always out on my table.
I love the detail on this cone! poppystamps Whittle Ice Cream Cone, die cut in kraft cardstock and inked with Gathered Twigs. The ice cream I cut in kraft also and colored dark chocolate with Copic Sketch Markers.
A radio talk show host I listen to sometimes, always says “living the dream” if someone asks him how he is. The last couple years have been closer to living the nightmare in our lives! lol ugh. Some young gal pulled out in front of me on the four lane last night, trying to kill us all! My horn works, didn’t do any good…she was oblivious! So I’ll stop worrying about deer running out in front of me and start worrying about dumb drivers!
I adhered them to the card with foam mounting tape. Oh, the white panel is a Memory Box die from the Wrapped Scalloped Rectangles Set. (I see it’s no longer available, I added some other options to the links below)
The pink cardstock is from the Memory Box Berry Red 6×6 Cardstock pad.
Next…”Do all things with Love” from the Marzipan Greetings set.
The only thing food related on this cutie card is the color! Orange! lol From the Memory Box 6×6 cardstock pad Sunny Orange. (yellows in it too)
I absolutely LOVE this sentiment, “this is a paper hug”!
I die cut a heart in the two colors with the Memory Box Double Stitch Happy Heart Cut Out die.
I die cut the poppystamps Heart Tag Trio in two colors. Heat embossed the sentiments with white embossing powder and put the card together.
I think this would be a fun card to make in any color and send off to friends, kids, grands or family!
I was going to put my two other cards in this post too but that’s so much! I’m gonna post again tomorrow with those two.
So this is all for today! hehe See you tmr!
Here’s what I used!
