Hi everyone!!! How do you celebrate the birthday of America? We meet at our middle daughter’s and watch the fireworks. Always good for a few mosquito bites. grrrr
This CAS card is the 2nd card I came up with, scroll down for the 1st. I had the idea to use this Vertical Line Collage in a flag way. I didn’t realize that I wanted it CAS though until after I was almost done with the one below! lol So there’s a card for both styles today! CAS and CAS plus! lol
God Bless America!
The stars and stripes for this birthday wish! I planned on using a big star but when I took my dies out of my star category, I saw this one and some others and got sidetracked from my plan! lol
Which one do you like better? I almost think this one could be two cards… the stripes with USA on it and the star border with the sentiment! lol
I had fun anyway… I kept thinking I needed to add some of those star brads I have in the stash! I had to tell myself, no that would be another card! lol
I like this last picture the best…funny how tipping just a bit shows the dimension. I wish I’d had them done sooner so I could mail them to someone! Such a last minute looloo!
Enjoy the festivities this weekend! I do enjoy fireworks…except the booms! haha Shopping is quieter!

Oh, my word, these are both fantastic! I’m totally in love with the first CAS card, but then the second card is way cool, too. It looks like a real 4th of July celebration. No way could I pick a favorite. I’ve been loving the Wooden Alpha (enabled by you, of course). I have letters cut and ready to go. I love them here with the stars. You’re so good, Pam! We don’t do much these days for the 4th because you can’t depend on the weather here. Right now the fog has rolled in and it’s windy. However, we are having a friend and his two dogs over for burgers. If we can be outside it will be great.
Favorite is one with blue star! Love it!!
Oh Pam-I love them all. I am a sucker for red, white and blue. We have a lot of family and friend catching up to do-so we have been kind of busy. I did get a couple of cute yellow and black summer cards sent off. Mu great nieces are going to be here with their Grandma and Grandpa-and they always like to come and do a card day with me! I am always amazed at how clever these kids are. Our grand daughters were just here for two weeks-and we never got a chance to make cards-boo hoo!!! Having a few friends over tomorrow night to eat and watch fireworks! It was crazy last year-hope our house doesn’t get burnt down!!! Hope you have a great 4th!!
Both are lovely but like the slimline best happy birthday to all our US neighbors
Pam these are FABULOUS!! Absolutely genius idea to use the stripe die this way!!! Love them both – Happy Independence Day!!!!
Fantastically fun 4th of July cards, they’re both wonderful!
Great cards Pam, hope you enjoyed your family and the fireworks!
Great cards Pam! Hope you had a great 4th!
Well, hope you enjoyed your day with family, and that the mosquitoes didn’t carry you away! Family had been here late in June for a memorial service for the niece we lost last April, so it was pretty quiet on the 4th. I really like the clean lines and simplicity of both cards! Please don’t make me choose! Thanks for sharing ❤️
