Hi cardmakers! I’m making more cards then I’m getting blogged so I need to step up my act!
This card is using Concord & 9th’s Ornamental die set… I love the detail in the cuts and that the pieces can be used individually! First I had to use it all in one! lol (Pattern paper is My Minds Eye, Comfort and Joy, Evergreen and Holly, from last yer)
Very straight forward card and flat for mailing. If you don’t want to mail for square card postage (2 oz. stamp) use one of those gold 6×9 envelopes for one forever postage stamp!
For a few years when I colored all the time, all my cards were square… I got creative with mailing. hehe

Another, yes I can mail this CAS card. Stamping and die cutting all in one card! lol
I stamped with a Hero Arts Ombre stamp pad in the MISTI so I could ink it a couple times.
Then I die cut the stamped panel with a nativity die and used thin ¾ in. mounting tape that I cut pieces to fit behind the die cut.
I love this look…hoping to find some more stamps and dies to try it with.

Thanks for stopping by today! Click over to Instagram if you want to see one of our new trains! hehe Link over in the sidebar too. Grandson Henry emailed me last night and said, make a video and send it to my mom so she can see how fast it goes! So shared it on IG too. We’ve had trains before but they wear out! Two out of three worn out so we replaced two this year. Kind of memory trains…my Dad worked for the Chicago Northwestern RR, so both of these new ones are CNW trains. I was so excited to find them and share a little about my Dad with our grands. 😀

Loved your cards. I think so many have lost the true meaning of Christmas.
These are beautiful, Pam! Love the sentiment on the second card. Well done, as always! You always make me want to shop 🙂
Oh I am so loving these!!! Both are spectacular, and the technique with the second one I am going to have to try – you are so inspiring to me Pam – thank you!
I love the ornament card! Plan to get a big shot so I can use the dies, even though I have a silhouette. I’m pinning this for later inspiration!
i’m loving this concord & 9th ornament die! been using it quite a bit. it’s so pretty and can still be mailed flat!
Two more beauties, Pam! now how is it that you have snow, and only I have to shovel?
xo
OH my these are stunning! Wow! That first one is a class act! I love that die and the background paper oooooh! Everything goes together so beautifully! The second one is amazing too! I love the die cut over the sentiment like that! Beautiful work my friend!
Perfection! The ornament card is beautiful with the details and layout and colors!!! I absolutely LOVE this very beautiful and elegant card! Beautiful work!
Oh Pam, you are so talented with dies, both card designs are amazing! And I love your stamping with the ombre ink, just beautiful! I’m so busy decorating the house for the grandkids, haven’t even started with my Christmas cards, ekkk!
Loving both of these cards! Especially the way you popped up parts of the second one! Great cards, Pam!
Both are beautiful, Pam. I especially love the second one!!! Merry Christmas.
Love these two cards! I have been ordering stuff like a crazy woman-but no time to make cards-ha ha! Going to get to the basement tonight!!
Hi Pam. Two gorgeous Christmas cards. First one so bright in Christmas colours and the second more peaceful with a lovely sentiment. Great idea to die cut and raise it a little. xx
Wow Pam! What great cards! I love them both. I especially love the second one with the die cut over the sentiment! Beautiful! 🙂
Love the ornament, great details… That is such a great idea to use the bold sentiment and a die together!
Fantastic ornament die set, but I especially love what you did with the gold glitter paper on red and super cute paper! Square cards — love ’em, but haven’t made a single square Christmas card this year because of the postage. Very cool what you did with the large sentiment stamp and die! Wow! A perfect combination! Funny how trains are so very special at Christmastime. In your family they have extra significance. When we were little my brother had a whole table top full of awesome Christmas train set. Of course, it was as much for my dad as it was for my brother. Isn’t that pretty much always the way it is? Happy holidays!
Love them both Pam! That ornament really caught my eye. Concord and 9th had such a great release! It looks so pretty with that background paper too!
Two wonderful cards — the first is just gorgeous and rich, the second is superb!
The ornament is a super die cut, so much detail.
Thanks for sharing at ATSM this week.
The second is fab too, what a great idea, you’ve inspired me. 🙂
