Memory Box Christmas Botanicals card and Nuvo!!!

pam-sparks-c-mas-botanicals-wreath

How are you? The sun is shining here and I was able to get a nice bright picture that even shows off the Nuvo sparkles here!  YAY!

I used the Memory Box Christmas Botanicals stamp set and coordinating die set for my card.  It was fun to stamp the backgrounds with a tone on tone look using just the stamps from the set!  I love how complete the Memory Box and poppystamps sets are and that you get dies for everything in the set! yippee!  You all know I love to die cut! hehe

I did snip some little branches off this new die…poppystamps Pine TwigI don’t know about you but I always feel like I need to own every pine stamp and die that comes out!  HELP!

I stamped on watercolor paper, die cut and colored with Zig Clean Color Brush Markers.  Added Nuvo crystal drops, I used Winter Blizzard, Clear, Gloss White  and eek! There are Nuvo Embossing powders now… HERE!  Happy stamper! lol

A few Pretty Pink Posh 3 mm clear sparkle sequins here and there.

I LOVE Memory Box notecards…they are now available at Birch Press Designs. I used Cranberry and Meadow for my card today.  The card base is Taylored Expressions Cookie Monster card-stock.

I cut the MB notecards in half and die cut them with the Rectangle Layers diesI am getting so much mileage out of that set!

  1. Well that is just beautiful! I love the aqua with the traditional Christmas colors! Your watercoloring is gorgeous and I love all the sparkle and shine! Can’t get enough pine branches either! haha!

  2. Love the pretty wreath and the wonderful color combo!! You’ve inspired me to get out my pine branch stamps!:)

  3. Very pretty and definitely a bright spot in my day. We just survived one of the worst 48 hours of our lives with Hurricane Matthew, but we are in one piece this morning. We just got our power back on and now the clean up begins. The beauty and the curse of our neighborhood are all the very large trees. Two of our neighbors weren’t as lucky as we were. Every tree surgeon in town is busy helping the City clear roads, so we are all praying they get here before one tree finishes falling. It’s strapped up for now, but we still have some wind today.

Thanks for the beautiful card to look at….

  4. Beautiful colours, lovely simple design and the wreath is gorgeous. Thank you for joining us at Christmas at Sweet Stampin’.

  5. So much to love! That’s such a cute wreath all dressed up with sparkle and drops and sequins! I love the pine sprigs peeking out behind it. You made me buy the Nuvo Crystals, you know. I had a craft store shopping trip with a friend and the Nuvo’s were on my list. They are closing the store (crying my eyes out here), so colors were limited, but I got three pretty ones. I was very conservative and sensible in my shopping, seeing as how I just cleared out my over-crowded room. Thanks (I think) for all the inspiration!

  6. Very pretty!!! Love the Nuvo’s – don’t have any yet, but I will someday 🙂 Thanks for the smiles – just got back from yet another road trip, and am playing catch-up! Whew…this old woman is getting tired!

I love hearing from you! Thank YOU!
