Winnie & Walter Playdate #4…

I just had to make a card for this challenge!  Over on the Winnie & Walter blog there is a chance to design with their January release for one lucky winner!  oh, I love their stamps and dies, so here’s my entry!

I stamped again and only used one die!  I used my scissors and cut the stamped greenery and pinecones!  Happy stamper! lol

I stamped the pine branch from the Winter Wonderland stamp set with Versafine green ink and the pine cones from the same set with Distress Gathered Twigs ink.  I inked the edges of the kraft A2 size card and stamped the berries with Gathered Twigs also.

I stamped the Into the Woods stamp with Distress Chipped Sapphire ink and spritzed with Tsukineko/Imagine Crafts Sparkle Spritz spray.

I used the Perfect Layers Rulers to cut the white mat for the tree stamp.

After I mounted the branches on foam squares to the card base, I glued on the die cut word Peace, I die cut it in white and inked it with Distress Gathered Twigs ink, then spritzed everything again with Sparkle and Frost Sprays.

I like it! yay!  Hope you had a fun day today!

  1. Oooooooh that is gorgeous pam! I love the birch trees with the pine framing it! The little flecks of white snow look so pretty too! You’ve been having fun!! 😉

  2. Fabulous color combo; lovin’ that Sapphire. What a great layout too; especially with the two fussy cut pieces. Great job! Oh what fun the sparkle and frost sprays are. I’ll have to check into these. Not right away tho’….I spent a lot today and so did Santa Randy (my Hubby). This is the first time in a long time that I’ve really looked forward to Christmas. The anticipation of getting new stamps and dies is just so up lifting. I can’t wait!!!!
    So very nicely done Pam!
    Have a great weekend!
I’m off to check out this W&W blog! =)

  3. A great masculine card and I really like the color combinations you used. You are giving me my “snow” fix so I don’t have to endure the cold !!!!

I love hearing from you! Thank YOU!
