Operation Write Home is an amazing organization that collects handmade cards to send to soldiers who in turn use them to send home to friends and family.  Wow!  What an awesome thing they do and I’m delighted to have a tiny part in it today.

I created two cards for the blog skip using the Perfect Layers Tools, 1/16th inch and 1/8 inch to cut the mats on this card and Printworks Collection rubber stamps.  I stamped the flowers first on watercolor paper, then masked them, stamped the cup and colored with Distress inks.  Stamps I used are HERE and HERE.

A thank you card and a Christmas card!  I know… I wasn’t wanting to do Christmas again but this image just needed to get inky! Let’s Go For A Walk, HERE, Tis the Season HERE. I stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Copic Sketch markers. I added 1/16th inch mats with the Perfect Layers Tools. The pattern paper is from Echo Park, a 6×6 pad called Tis the Season.  Holly is from the Memory Box Fabulous Holly Wreath die.

I used the Operation Write Home Sketch #191.
