Hero Arts · Two Peas in a Bucket

Wishing you well…

I saw the sketch over at Card Pattern Challenge blog earlier this week and thought it would be fun and at CAS-ual Fridays Challenge blog they’re wanting to see twine and buttons,  just the things to get me stamping today for my stamp club swap card…doing flowers. I’m also linking to the That’s Krafty Challenge – use kraft card-stock.

A bunch of Hero Arts stamps…Posie is inked up with Spiced Marmalade and colored with copic markers.  YR 12 – 18 and YG 90’s.  Added the black Zig Writer marker after I colored.

Peeking Posies…

I’m so glad that Hero Arts brought this Peeking Posies set back… it’s so fun to color with all coloring mediums.  I colored this flower from the set of four with Twinkling H2O’s. You can kinda see the sparkle in my photos!  Hero Arts sentiment C4024 (not available anymore), May Arts ribbon,  an old Making Memories buckle and SU retired paisley background.

Stamps and stuff I used to create this card…inspiration from the WWW!

Hero Arts wreath, house, damask stamps,  May Arts ribbon,  Anna Griffin paper reindeer ribbon, Martha Stewart Scandinavian snowflake punch,  Hero Arts gems.  Copic Sketch Markers used to color the house – v91, 93, 95, 99 – YG91, 97, 99.  Rock Candy and Lace Frost Stickles.

a little Christmas from Hero Arts…

I needed another Christmas card today…made me so happy that I got to try this!!!   I saw a card in Hero Arts Flickr gallery with some of their new stamps and I don’t have them “yet”  so I had to improvise!  I used Hero Arts H2887 Real Pine and the ornament is from a set LL260 Good Cheer Messages.  I did sneak in that Stampin Up Baroque stamp and I think the music background is Penny Black…it was fun to emboss and play  to create this anyway! : )  The paper lace/ruban at the bottom is from Basic Grey Capella.  I edged all the papers with vintage photo and/or walnut stain Distress inks, HERE and the ink blending tool, HERE…can’t stamp without them! lol

I hit the ribbon with the heat tool to make it “shrink  and crinkle” up.  Stampin Up and Bazzill card-stocks… not sure where those pearl things came from but I am so glad they were in my drawer! lol
