Copic Creations Challenge #13 Pumpkins

Here’s a close up of Pippi Pumpkin…I love these Swiss Pixies from CC Designs.

I layered her bangs, curls, arm and legs. Copics used on the pumpkins are YR21, 12, 14, 18,   YG00, 95, 97, 99, E55, 57 59. Copics clear spica glitter marker on her wings. The pattern paper is Basic Grey Boxer. Twill from Technique Tuesday. Border punch by EK Success. Cloud background stamp is from Hero Arts. Shapes cut with Spellbinders Nestabilities dies. Copic Creations Challenge #12

Challenge #12Copics,  Pencils and OMS

New challenge starting today at Copic Creations challenge blog.  Stamps Happen/Janlynn gave each of the design team members a Fairy stamp to color with copic markers,  color pencils and odorless mineral spirits. Click on the Copic Creations link above to go to the blog and see all the gorgeous fairies the other design team gals colored,  learn some history about flower fairies and links for tutorials on today’s technique! If you play a long, Janlynn has an awesome prize for the winner! Wish I could play for the prize!  I say that every-time! lol

I colored the Jasmine Flower Fairy with copic sketch markers first and then went back in with the chocolate and white prismacolor pencils to add more contrast. I then went over those places using a paper stump wet with OMS. I used the Spica clear glitter pen on the wings.

Copic Creations challenge No.11

Doesn’t seem possible that it could be the first day of September already! yikes! oh well, I’ve been having fun coloring. This weeks challenge is sponsored by Mo’s Digital Pencil Too. I LOVE her images…so fun to color w/copic  markers. Our challenge this week at CC is to use your favorite color combinations.   There is a $20 prize waiting for a lucky participate at the end of challenge no.11!

Copic Creations Challenge – Red, Pink, Hearts

Do you love to read?

It’s time for a new challenge over at the  Copics Creations challenge blog sponsored by  Susana’s Custom Art & Card Design

For this challenge, Susana sent everyone on the team a new stamp to work with, and we were challenged to use red and pinks and hearts on our cards.

The image that was sent to me ended up red and hearts!  Alexa reading a book and the “hearts” part of the theme made me think of how much I’ve always loved to read!  Check out the Copic Creations Challenge blog to see the new images the other gals used and to purchase these stamps,  head to Susana’s online store!

Copic Creations Challenge – Eyes

The Copic Creations Challenge starting today is sponsored by In Style Stamps and is copic coloring of EYES. Each design team member was sent a digital image to color….meet Tommy! Isn’t he CUTE! He’s wanted for stealing hearts, I’m sure!
