Monday Guest Designer Spotlight at All That Scraps…

Good morning and I’d like to report, thankfully,  that this is “not” our weather conditions right now!  The cuteness factor of these stamps is making the dial go up on the cuteness scale for sure though!!!!  I am loving these stamps from All That Scraps!!!  This is Trevor, posing for a picture on a snowy day! lol

I know, I love snowmen, but this kid just melts my heart too! I love how he colored up and worked into this scene. The trees are so cool too! The pattern papers are from a Snow collection 6×6 pack from Memory Box…it’s an older pack, so probably not available anymore. When you leave a comment, tell me you’d like some of the sheets and I’ll do a random drawing next Monday. The sentiment is from All That Scraps also. The mittens are an old Emaginations medium size punch with a Martha Stewart snowflake punch from the Aspen border punch. I used the Martha Stewart Snowfall Around the Page border punch to frame the shadow box. The medium size snowflake is from the Aspen corner punch and the large snowflake is the Martha Stewart Alpine punch (I think). There is snow on the trees that I made with the Marvy snow marker…it works really slick…glitter on some and frosted lace stickles on some. I stamped with Memento Black ink and colored with my copic sketch markers…no picture this time but I wrote down the colors for you!

My inspiration for this piece is from Sharon.  Click her name to see her adorable Tilda frame card. Thank You Sharon!!!!!  If you’d like to make a frame card like this there is a tutorial here on the Papertake Weekly Challenge blog.  Here it is the end of November and my month as guest designer for All That Scraps has come to a close!  I’ve really enjoyed this honor and am looking forward to using many more of their wonderful stamps!  Lots of cute still to come!  Happy creating and thanks for coming by to see what I’m up to!

Inky Impressions Challenge #24…

The challenge this week at Inky Impressions Challenges blog is to create a gift bag.  Mine is the kind you stick a cellophane bag inside of with a treat or small trinket.

Rachel, colored with copic sketch markers,  from Inky Impressions rubber stamps is enjoying the season! She doesn’t even look cold!!!  I used Basic Grey, Eskimo Kisses pattern paper,  Martha Stewart icicle border punch,  Hero Arts sentiment stamp, teeny 1/16th in. brads (love these little things), McGill snowflake punch,  Frosted Lace stickles, Diamond Dust glitter from the Art Glittering System and the tree rows stamp is from Memory Box.

Here is a photo of the markers I used…

Monday Guest Designer Spotlight at All That Scraps…

Two cards with the November release stamps from All That Scraps today. I have really enjoyed designing for them this month!
First up is a card created with stamps from HR Designs Otis and Milo set. The pattern paper is by Bo Bunny.

I colored with copic sketch markers… here’s a photo of the colors I used.

I used the new EK Success snowflake punch again,  it comes with a holly punch in the set also.  In the center of the snowflakes is a snowball looking thing by Mark Richards that I purchased at Archivers.  White w/glitter all over it…wish you could see that.  I used Diamond Dust glitter by the Art Glittering System on the furry part of the hat and the stocking.  I love the colors of this card and I had so much fun coloring it…oh,  I always say that but it’s so true! lol  If you know me at all,  you know I don’t care for animals at all! So it’s surprising I love coloring these!  lol  Circle punches by EK Success and McGill.

My next card is Sayuri with a flower by Chubby Pencil and sold at All That Scraps.  Another delightful image to color!

I didn’t do the marker colors for this card… holler at me if you want to know.  I colored until I was happy with the red color with the pattern paper…I know…crazy! 12 reds or so… lol  I just love the face on this one and the flower in her hair! The paper is by American Craft and Prism card-stock. The photo turn is from Creative Impressions.  “Just for you”  is from the Fall sentiment set at All That Scraps.

I’m entering this card in the Crazy 4 challenges sketch challenge this week.  Here’s the sketch…

Elf Lili writes Santa….

I love this stamp from Inky Impressions,  Lili’s Cleaning Day! I just had to make her into a Christmas card. I’m joining the challenge #32, to use Green, Red and White at Colour Create, and Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps challenge to use circles. November is my last month on the Inky Impressions design team.  A design team call is going on now…check it out if you love these gals!

Hope you’re LAUGHING!!!  hohoho
I colored Lili with copic sketch markers, photo below. The pattern papers I used are from an old Christmas 6×6 set by Memory Box. The history outline paper stamp is by Teresa Collins,  comes as a cling mount stamp.  The teeny tree is an old Hero Arts from one of those tubs of 18 or so stamps.  The holly punch is medium size and it’s not marked who it’s from…I think it’s pretty common though. Hope she makes you smile!  I sure had fun coloring her!!!
