Hi everyone! I’m kinda late getting in on the galaxy background trend! One of our granddaughters made this one for me one day when she was over playing with Color Burst Powders! So fun she made me one to use! You know how it is parting with stuff you make sometimes! 😀
This little Astro Suit die makes up so cute. I kinda got carried away with silver embossing powder… I really like the card though. A lot of silver but it gets the message across! You are a star, in case you didn’t know that! haha
I did add some of the clear Goosebumps Spray, I’ll link it up below if I can find it somewhere. Mirror card for the die cut Deep Space Planets that he’s standing on and the Starry Sky Border die cut into the Galaxy Background watercolor piece.
The Border die is the Double Stitch Rectangle Frames die from poppystamps.
I die cut the flesh in card-stock and a piece of acetate. Adhered them together with a squish of Ranger Glossy Accents.
Some spatters of Heidi Swapp Gold Spray and I finally quit! hehe
Not my usual card making style but fun and I’m sure I’ll use it at some point…everyone needs to know they are a star!
Thanks for stopping by! and thanks Lilli for the background! Happy soaking up the sun to you!
Here’s what I use to make cards and the dies and stamps I used to make this one…

Love the space card. Quinty girl.
This is such a fun card! Any kid would go bonkers over it! Love the space Dies!
I agree with Sherri. Lucky kid. Darling card Pam.
Pam ~ your card is GORGEOUS AND FUN!! I will have to give a galaxy background a try!! This is TOO COOL!! Judy
Really cute Pam…never seen the Goosebump dauber…just been thinking of you…wondering if you were ok or on VACAY…had not seen you here in a while…Happy to see you.
You are a star, Pam!! Love this with the silver embossing powder!!
It’s beautiful! I have this guy! Cant wait to stamp soon after being gone for a week!
Oh how fun! Love the little guy as well as the planets. I’ve done galaxy bg but with distress oxides not brusho. May have to try it. Stamping arm SLOWLY improving I can craft for about an hour without having discomfort. Amazing what I have learned to do with my left hand. Great grand daughter thinks we are “ twin”lefties. Lol
Well, I think this is really super cute and I know you’ll use it, probably for one of the grands, but it’s fun for anyone! That’s one awesome galaxy background your granddaughter made. She’s a star! I’ve never tried, but have admired others. Can’t wait to stamp and color something. Sheesh, it’s been a while.
Oh what a great card. I love the scene that you created! 🙂
