Thank you for being such super blog friends!!! I have a Memory Box card to share today and one tomorrow too!
For this card, I started by stamping the beautiful Blooming Sketch Border stamp with Ranger Archival Black ink on watercolor paper and coloring with Zig Clean Color Brush Pens.
After it was dry, I die cut the panel with the largest rectangle die from the Cross Stitched Frame Borders die set and layered it to an A2 card base. I did put a little piece of washi tape on it… it was just laying there on the table, from Little B.
I embossed the poppystamps Thank You sentiment with super fine white embossing powder on a black banner from the poppy Classic Ribbons die set and stamped the friend sentiment directly on the watercolor paper with the MISTI stamp tool. Both are from the Hope and Thanks set.
I die cut the Pennington Rose Border die in white card-stock but just used the right end and one other rose from the cut to embellish above the banner. I added a few enamel dots in green. I love the fun touch the dots add to the mix.
Thanks for stopping by today! 8 ) I’ll be back tomorrow with a birthday card or two!
p.s. if you’re in the market for a new die cutting machine I have to share this with you… I was and when I saw it was white… I was delighted! lol Silly things make me happy! Anyway, over at Scrapbook.com they have a terrific sale going on and the new Big Shot is $79.99! A terrific price and a great online store! All their Sizzix products are on sale! If you’d like a larger platform, the Big Shot Plus is awesome! I love it too. Room for an A2 card sideways, easy to crank and it stays put! Holler if you have any questions!
Pam, this card is just so pretty! I love the softness of the flowers at the bottom, and your wee die cut at the top balance things so beautifully, as do the black stamped sentiment, and the white embossed sentiment. Wonderful card, my friend! On my wish list are ‘Misti’ tool and ‘Zig’ pens!!!
Always love your cards Pam…great job on shading the Art Impression stamp…I need to learn better how to shade…makes a huge difference. Vickie

Love all your cards always….great shading with the Art Impression stamp set..
Hi Pam! This card is so beautiful and your stamped flowers are gorgeous! Love this! That new white big shot is so tempting!
Love the coloring on the boarder. I really like it. Beautiful card as usual. How do you like the zig pens?
I really love this card… especially the water colored border. Whole card is lovely. BTW I wish you’d put the Pinterest symbol at the top of the whole card to make it easier to pin. Just a thought 😉
Hi KK! It was there but it only worked part of the time. I just went in and changed it to a different option and it looks like it will work! Thank you!
A pretty card as usual. Your coloring is great no matter what you use to do it. I had to look for the washi tape but it does add to the card. The little green dots are so cute,
OH MY!! I LOVE this Pam!! Wow! This might be my new “Pam” favorite card!! Your watercoloring is so pretty!! Love the black banner and embossed sentiment!! Perfection!!!
Oh My Word this is gorgeous, as always Pam!! Love that border image, and love how you paired it with the dies!! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!!
Such a pretty card Pam, love the colors and all the elements featured in your card. I’m now hooked on washi tape! Also, love the green enamel dots a fun finishing touch. I’m so inspired…thanks for sharing.
This card is so pretty! I am so glad Memory Box is still making stamps, I have a lot of there stamps from before they were making dies. Your watercoloring looks so pretty! And I love the touch with the washi and white die cut (great idea!). Thanks for sharing.
Katie B.
Your color choices on this card are lovely. The border is so pretty and soft which looks like something one would find in nature. Love your coloring, too. Do you prefer the Zig pens over other similar kinds of pens? Am really enjoying using watercolor paper. Enjoy your week-end. Can’t wait to see the new summer release. Will probably have to get a job so I can buy many of them! Ha ha
Beautiful Pam, Beautiful!!
This is beautiful…the colors are striking and the layout is oh so eye catching!
Love this card – the soft wash of color of the flowers is so pretty and the little snippet of the diecut peeking above the Thank You is perfect. I keep adding things to my wish list – all the new stuff out it makes it hard not to. Great card.
Lovely card! The soft green behind the flowers really finishes this. I wouldn’t have guessed that the die cut is part of a border!
Such a beautiful water colored border and love how you tucked the flowers into the banner!
Such a prettty card
Oh Pam, this is so pretty! Love that border stamp! So pretty!
