poppystamps Nordic Crown Flower and Scallop Pinpoint Hearts Slimline Card…

Hello everyone! How is it February already!  This month is going to fly by too! Our family is in the midst of preparing for a wedding!  One of our grandsons is getting married!  It’s pretty exciting but shopping for a dress and shoes…eek…time consuming!  I haven’t dreamed up a card for them yet! lol

I decided to play around with this new die set a couple weeks ago and had this idea but it ended up too large to be symmetrical so I tried it as a vertical slimline and didn’t like it at all until I turned it horizontal!  whew! lol

Are you enjoying the NEW Nordic line from poppystamps the last couple releases?  There’s a ton of designs!

I used the Nordic Crown Flower and Scallop Pinpoint Hearts here.  The smallest of the hearts.

I needed a sentiment so I went digging and found this Love Jotted Script from Memory Box and went with it.

I used some pink and green cardstocks from my ancient stash! lol

The white background panel is from a Hobby Lobby watercolor pad.

I’m linking to some card challenge blogs…

Love is in the air a long with warmer temperatures here in Iowa.  We still have a few piles of snow working on melting…it was piled so high!

Thank you so much for stopping by and wish me well on dress and shoe shopping!  If you have any favorite places to shop, let me know!  I’m bad for being a last minute looloo!  waaaahhhh

  1. Oooh…….Ahhh…..so very pretty! This looks like an old piece of cloth suitable for a very fancy ladies tea party! LOVE the pink, dear friend! (But you knew I would, right? Me and my pinks, plaids, and snowpeople) I’m so predictable! Beautifully done, as always!

  2. HI there,

I sure wish you would put a picture of the card in your email like you used to do. I don’t always have time to go look further and then may forget.

    Thanks for all the inspiration!

  6. You arranged those Nordic flowers so beautifully on the slimline card, Pam. Thanks for sharing your card with us at The Flower Challenge.

  7. Pam, this is just so beautiful with the Nordic floral elements. Isn’t fun that the center flowers are composed of heart petals? I adore it and think the slimline orientation you used is perfect. Thanks so much for sharing with us at The Flower Challenge!

  8. I love the sweet colors and crisp style of your card. The details from the die are amazing and I love that you made a horizontal slimline. Thanks for playing with us at The Flower Challenge!
