Birch Press Design Adornment Peony Card…

Hi friends and papercrafters!  A CAS card to share with you today.

Inlaid die cutting with Birch Press Design’s New Adornment Peony die. I die cut the flower in white and ink blended Picked Raspberry Oxide Ink on the flower petals and Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn Oxide inks on the leaves with Taylored Expressions Blending Brushes. This is an awesome set…the solid dies for backing the die piecing parts is in included!

I die cut the top panel with the Memory Box Wrapped Stitch Rectangles Die set.

I stamped the sentiment from the poppystamps  Diamond Sentiments clear stamp set with Peacock Feathers Oxide ink in the MISTI.

I added a scatter of several Memory Box Clear Fairy Drops.

It’s lighter, pinker than my pictures show. ugh.  I tried. lol

It’s unusually warm here so far today…55˚ but suppose to go down to 12˚ before the day is over!  eek!  Guess I’ll stay in and keep working.

NEW Dies/cards on the horizon!

Here’s what I used to make this card…

  1. Wowie, this is gorgeous! I love what you did with your inlay and arrangement and the beautiful shading. Thank you for mentioning that the solid dies for backing are included because I can’t see that it’s mentioned on the packaging or vendor sites. It just says “4 dies”. Not sure what I’m missing there.

I love hearing from you! Thank YOU!
