Hi everyone! Hope your February is full of red cardstock, dies, stamps and papercrafting stuff! lol I purchased two packs of this Be Loved pattern paper a year ago or was it two years and I’m still on the first pack! EEK! Hey, the 2nd pack might be vintage someday! hehe
It worked up so cute with this sweet die from Alexandra Renke called ‘Children Pair’. It was hard to type that because that is not how I would title something! lol
Cindy at Starlitstudio.net has an amazing selection of Alexandra Renke dies, papers and washi tape… oh I love them ALL! If you haven’t already ‘window’ shopped there, you NEED to! ❤
I die cut three of the kids and glued them together.
Did any of you see the new product that’s coming out in March? It’s called a glue sponge!!! Well, I couldn’t wait and had to try it myself. I know, you’re not surprised. I will buy the ‘real’ thing too. Anyway, I used one of the small snap type, airtight, lunch box containers and a sponge. I wet the sponge with our RO filtered water, squeezed it out really good, then applied a few coats of PVA glue that Cindy carries in her store HERE and I love this glue. It didn’t take near as much as I thought it would!
Yesterday two of our grandsons were making Valentines here and wow did it work slick for gluing small hearts to their cards. Good for their motor skills using a tweezers too. lol I can’t wait to use it for more intricate dies! YAY for tools!
Heart die HERE.
A super simple flat Valentine but sweet as can be! Hope I inspired you to dig into that pattern paper stash and see what you can come up with!

Cute cute cute! That is an odd name! I always learn about new products when I visit you – thank goodness for you! Love that sweet die, and OMG, the paper is adorable! Hope you are well! We are wet and dreary here, the temps are supposed to drop 40 degrees tonight. We shall see. Take care!
This is such a darling card. “Old” paper or not, it’s awfully nice paper!
This is so sweet and loving, Pam! Great design and inspiration for using pp!! Hugs, Darnell
This card is precious!! I love pink and red together. And I have no idea what you might be talking about concerning paper purchases (ha ha!!).
Oh this is sweet as can be! What an adorable die, and that paper…. that is SO pretty! Paired together this card is superb!!
Such a sweet Valentine card! I love new tools too!! Anything to help these old hands still make cards! Stay safe-pretty slick out today!!
What a sweet valentine’s cards and the children are so cute. I have more paper in my craft room I will never use it all up. Another good crafting day today as it is freezing rain out, I am into May for my Birthday cards. Have a great day. Christine
Love this sweet card Pam. Is that background paper…and the sentiment on the paper. Couldn’t find the paper. Super job my dear.
Red is a favorite color and it just pops out here! Sweet children that could be
used for anniversaries, engagements, etc. Love the combinations of colored
Printed papers… Darling card…
What a sweet card! Love this! 🙂
Darling card. I love PVA glue. It’s great for journals. Dries clear. Never tacky. I use it a lot.
This is such a perfect love card Pam!! So sweet!!!!!
they are just precious and I so love the wreath in the background too
I hate to tell you how old some of my paper is. How long do I think I’m going to live? I love using it, though. This is some cute stuff, Pam! The kids silhouette is adorable and, gosh, look how easy. This is the S in CAS and to my eyes it’s pretty C, too. I’m curious about the PVA glue you mentioned. Interesting about the sponge… I have a glue pad which dries out too quickly. Have had a hard time finding glue that doesn’t warp a card when you glue a whole panel. I like Zig Two Way, but can’t get it locally anymore. However, got a bunch at Cindy’s recently, thank goodness.
Super cute card — beautiful die! Wonderful
