So…what do you do with all these cute images??? Somebody somewhere came up with this stair step card idea and it worked so well for these girls! The tutorial was in Splitcoaststampers weekly newsletter this week and it was just the trigger I needed to get going on these images! So…without further ado, I introduce you to the Sugarplums Beachie girls!

I stamped in Memento black ink on Neenah supersmooth classic crest white card-stock and colored with copic sketch markers. Border punches by Martha Stewart and Fiskars. Sand paper from True Value! The word stamps are from a Summer set by Technique Tuesday. The sun punch is an EK Success Paperkins punch. Hope they make you smile! There is NO DOUBT it’s Summer in Iowa today…humidity off the chart and HOT! ick, stickeeeeeeee!

This card is SUPER cute – those little CC Designs girls are adorable! Just curious, though – it looks like you punched the sandpaper as well; how did your punches handle it? What grit did you use? (In my mind, it just seems that sandpaper would wreck the punches, but if not – Thanks for opening up a whole new world of possibilities!!!!)
