red and purple buttons

do you think?????do you think?????

no more buttons for me! lol  A friend made a similar atc to the one on the right and I have the same stamp, so I just had to ask her if I could transmutate her idea and create some atc’s.  The heart and lace are stamps from Paper Bag Studios …the buttons are just old ones from my stash.  Canvas background is an old Sonlight Impressions big stamp…love it!  Recognize the old Karen Foster patter paper on the left?  I think I have a stash of it! lol

Find Joy Everyday

img_22591

Super cute Edwin,  Tilda and the butterflies are from the Magnolia of Sweden rubber stamp company,  Spring Club Sheet of stamps.  I love coloring these images with copic sketch markers – simply CUTE, CUTE, CUTE!!!  Find joy everyday sentiment is from a Hero Arts clear stamp set.  Flower is the EK Success retro medium flower punch,  leaves are a Martha Stewart punch and the button brad is from Making Memories. The pattern paper is the Dill Blossom pad from Michael’s.  I like to use the Canson 9×12 tablet of Manga drawing paper to stamp and color with the copic markers.  It’s heavier than 80# cover card-stock and really blends nicely.  Oh,  I almost forgot,  I used a Martha Stewart double scallop border punch also.  I haven’t seen any butterflies yet,  but I saw a wasp yesterday.  Dandelions,  ground ivy and violets are showing up big time! lol  My granddaughters love them!   Spring is here!

Meet Madge

Do you know….April is stress awareness month?  Madge has a message for YOU!  Stuff Happens!

Madge is a rubber stamp from Art Impressions.  Stuff happens is from Wordsworth.  I colored Madge w/copic sketch markers….almost looks like she was having a bad hair day! lol  I’m sure she’s thinking about how splotchy her skin is too!  hehehe

The Challenge:  Do you think Julie is going to have a baby boy or baby girl?  Well,  she already has boys, so I picked “a girl”!   So,  the gals in the area swap group were to make her an atc according to what we decided.

Here’s my girl ATC.  She really is ATC size,  2.5 in. x 3.5 in.  Six cuts on the cricut to get her nice and chipboard thick…the cartridge is Stretch Your Imagination.  She’s kinda goofy looking cute!  lol
