Tried another sketch challenge at Stamp With Fun Challenge Blog this morning. Here is the sketch…I had to turn it…I used Bazzill cardstock, Lasting Impressions for Paper pattern paper, Tilda stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Becket Expressions Candlelight card-stock, Martha Stewart border punch and the sentiment stamps are from a clear set by Wordsworth.
The first two pictures are to “blue” compared to real life but I liked the crispness of the captured images when they are in full resolution!

This third picture is truer colors…but bum, still a little to the blue side!

Here is the sketch…
I love this sweet Tilda holding a tag…I used K & Co. pattern paper, an embossing folder, button brads from Making Memories (colored w/a copic marker Y28), EK Success corner and border punches, nestabilities circle dies, EK Success med and small retro flower punches, Martha Stewart’s frond punch, SU olive cardstock and Woodsworth’s sentiment and frame stamps.
Here’s the sketch…The tulip bouquet stamp is by Alesa Baker/Impression Obsession. The script writing is by Penny Black. The oval is a nestabilities die. Colored w/copic markers. Becket Candlelight for the image, Bazzill & SU for the rest of the card-stock. Twill and the little nailheads are from 7 Gypsies.
I had to take the picture w/a stamp to hold the card closed. I cut the center out of the frame and the angel image is on the inside of the card.

I love this angel from Printworks Collection….she’s an old stamp but so fun to color w/copics!

New sketch challenge blog….ooooooh, sketches can be hard! This one was! I wanted to use some new stamps, so of course it was fiddle until I came up with something! lol The sentiment, cloud and grid backgrounds, the circle floral wood-grain are all stamps from Hero Arts. Tilda and the ladybug are from Magnolia of Sweden, colored with copic markers. I used a Martha Stewart punch for the three butterflies. The oval and circle were both cut using Nestabilities dies. Magnolia-licious Highlites is the new challenge blog. This is the June design team sketch….click the link for details….give it a try!
