Hi everyone! A festive floral thank you that takes us right from Christmas to Valentines! The NEW Anemone Collection from Memory Box is so pretty! I’m not sure I’m doing it justice!
I wanted to try Distress Oxide inks on Bristol Smooth this time. I added a little Copic R46 on the petals in the cut lines.
I embossed the NEW Anemone Bunches 3D Embossing Folder on a panel of Neenah Classic Crest Solar White cardstock.
Then I trimmed it down and inked the edge with a TE blending brush and Distress Oxide Rustic Wilderness ink.
For the leaves of the Anemone I used Distress Oxide Mowed Lawn and Rustic Wilderness.
I die cut the NEW Thank You Debut Script die in vellum and mirror gold cardstock.
Adhered the panel to an A2 Neenah Classic Crest cardbase.
It’s a dreary, melty day here but for some reason that works better for me for photos! Lots of snow still to melt…so far none has seeped into the basement! eek!
Hope this finds you well and enjoying January! Wow! It’s gone by fast! Holler if you have any questions!
Thank you for stopping by!
Here’s the products I used to make this card…

Oh my goodness-so very pretty. I am a sucker for green!!
Beautiful & elegant…a very lovely card!!!
Pam that card is stunning! I love how you added the Copic marker to the “border” of the flower. That adds so much! What a great idea! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you Nancee! Oh, I used the Copic on the inside of the petal in the lines radiating out from the center of the petal. The outside edge is inked with the brush. I didn’t know how to write it!
Got it! Still such a beautiful effect!
Oh my that is just lovely!
Thud… WOW! What do you mean you’re not sure you’re doing it justice? This is drop-your-jaw breathtaking! The colors, the combination of embossed background and gorgeous flower in the foreground is stunning!
Another WOW! card Pam! Your card is gorgeous!
This is gorgeous, beautiful design, and the ink blending of the flowers and the green edging are fabulous!
This is beyond exquisite – loving your vellum layer behind the sentiment too!!
